Yes christians also eat food, or if you want to deem "god is their belly" diet and excersize cause I think that could fit also potentially, and us christians also excersize.

if god is a part of your life - then it would also be natural to speak a bible verse maybe every now and then

Ephesians 4:22 "That ye put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts;"
