  There is a idea out there that us jews (though I be's a christian jew) that all we want is money, THAT IS SO FAR FROM THE TRUTH - sascha cohen sings about that here.......................he's saying in this song that this is a joke to us, this idea that we are all about money............................

We would much rather have more god in our lives all of us (and if we didn't we really aren't a jew if you read this and say "hey I'm a jew" um.......Romans 2:29) - more jesus to for us "christian jews" not money money is garbage money is filthy "filthy lucre" the bible calls money filth garbage!

Interestingly enough from my research, in germany before the holocaust there also appeared to be this idea going around that jews, were money hungry...............with some like sacha often speaks about "claws" (money grabbing claws he means in his comedy act).
  Now we may want to make some money ---------- well you need some money to have a roof over your head!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But, we are not with these "claws" that we are often viewed as having.   I am very much considering wearing a tichel full time! Because I do not believe in "hairstyles" "hairstyles" are very much a "friendship with the world" item in my mind!
  My mom doesn't want me to wear a tichel much, said I would look like a jew full out then and this would be bad for me..............but then at the same time she tells me that my dad is jewish and she is not jewish therefore I am not a jew.............well then from that logic would it not even matter if I weared a jewish headcovering everyday?????????

   Part of the nakedness uncovered, and shame was the hair being "uncovered" in Isaiah 47:1-3!!!!!!!!! For all those of you that believe long hair is all the covering a girl needs, that's something to think about Isaiah 47:1-3 is!!!!!!!!!!!!! 

  Also I believe a headcovering is some sort of sign that you are "submissive" to your husband, and god for that matter I believe. This is why I blog with confidence though I am a girl, cause I do cover my head, I am a "submissive" wife...............if my husband were to ever tell me "sheri can you please not blog that" I would surely listen to him.

Being good looking has lead to a battle for me, I've at times have trusted in my flesh some...........this world is obsessed with looking good, I find trusting in looking good isn't the thing to do, but trust in god, god's power to "raise me up in due time"......................

Philippians 3:3 "For we are the circumcision, which worship God in the spirit, and rejoice in Christ Jesus, and have no confidence in the flesh." I've figured out what it means to be "the circumcision" and no you don't have to be a jew at all to be of "the circumcision" this is something available for ALL OF US FOLLOWING JESUS!!!!!!!!!!!!! It means I ain't working hard buying (I hate it that a few weeks ago I bought colored hair strips, so that I could have cute victory rolls in my hair to take cute rockabilly photo's of myself HATE THAT).

  This is the "way of the world" to care a lot about how ones hair is looking and/or makeup is looking so that one can take some cute instagram photo's ------- which a "confidence in the flesh" I find!!!!!!!!!!! 

  I'm just letting you all know world, when  you have no more no "confidence in the flesh" per Philippians 3:3 you won't no longer seek, to have good makeup, you will no longer watch makeup tutorials on you tube fixing to all "replicate" that stuffs. Instead you'll pray at the beginning of everyday (likely), you'll read your bible in the morning - you'll seek out instead god, and believe in god's power to raise us up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 1 Peter 5:6 "Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time:"

   FACTS: I/you us christians, us fellow followers of jesus aren't supposed to raise our ownselves up, via looking so pretty on instagram cause we have our eyebrows "on point" and really excellent hairdo's ------------------ god is, god is supposed to raise us up while we are merely "humble yourselves therefore, under the mighty hand of god". AS IF GOD NEEDS US TO HAVE MAKEUP SO EXCELLENT AND GREAT FAB HAIRDO'S TO RAISE US UP --------- he don't!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not to mention that hairstyle, makeup doing stuffs is friendship with the world (all that hairdo and makeup stuffs isn't what being "we are the circumcision philippians 3:3 looks like!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!). James 4:4 "Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God."

  ------------------------------------- Interestingly, lately on my instagram I posted a video of me without makeup on, and with my hair just hanging down no hairstyle...............and my follower count HAS GONE UP. It's taught me something about what the bible calls "comeliness". 

  There is a "trap" in this world, when you see people on instagram and various social media's, people with much makeup, and much worldly hairdo's --------------- to think "oh that's what I must do as well to be popular".  But true "comeliness" happens when you aren't hard at work to be friends with this world......................people actually I find are attracted to someone who's brave enough to not wear gallons of makeup on their faces etc. Many people out there wear so much makeup on their faces...............you wonder what they even look like under all of that???????????????????

   People like being able to go to a instagram account of someone without makeup on "oh that is what that person looks like". 

   People like realness I find! 

   The makeup not only do you end up not looking like yourself, if your good at it, like I unfortunately got good at it...............you can pretty well transform yourself into a whole nother person entirely.............in my case that person was "marilyn monroe". 

   But near loosing my idea here, god doesn't want us trusting in our fleshes earth. God does not need us, looking like celebrities ready to walk the red carpet to raise us up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 

  God would prefer, instead, of us chasing after being friends with this world via having so many super glam pretty time, instagram photos, that we be "of the circumcision" Philippians 3:3 "For we are the circumcision, which worship God in the spirit, and rejoice in Christ Jesus, and have no confidence in the flesh." That we don't rejoice in our beauty!!!!!!!!! God does not wish for us to walk around and be like "ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh my makeup was so on point in that 

instagram photos today" But instead philippians 3:3 REJOICE IN CHRIST JESUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 --------------- Not long ago I bought 3 wigs, to wear as headcoverings at church cause my mom was was adamant that I not walk around wearing tichels (cause then she knows I look jewish then and not white, and she is convinced that it is greately advantageous to look white). I'm going to store them away, and recycle those wigs for haloween costumes (and then get rid of them after I've weared said costumes ------------- my kids like me dressing up for haloween). And my colored hair clips, I gonna see if the kids want em, surely those are a bad plan. 

  When you are "circumcised" (Philippians 3:3) in your heart, you don't want anymore, or need anymore, to have the worldly hairdo's, or the makeup on ones face, or jewelry!!!!!!!!!! (besides a bit of foundation if you have blemishes, maybe a teeny bit of natural shaded mascara ---------- some of us have very light eyelashes ------- though what am I saying, looking a bit swedish which isn't bad LET YOUR LIGHT EYELASHES BE MYSELF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) 

  I been trying to tell my family, everyone should want to be a jew that is a christian, and everyone can be a jew (well not dna wise a jew, but basically a jew!!!!!!!!!! And all christians should want to be jews, further should be jews!!!!!!!!!! Me saying I'm a "christian jew" on my blog which I have and I very much am one..................shouldn't be "off putting" to you all --------------- that should rather instead be me saying I'm just like you all - A JEW)

 update: just posted up on craigslist a lot of all of my jewelry the whole collection for $20 even the shungite bracelets which are really hard for me to part with (though I can't give the link to this for security reasons). But it's done now!

Who can you trust when everything, everything, everything you touch turns to gold, gold, gold, gold??? At my church I don't know, I don't know if I can trust them????? Maybe they aren't wanting to visit with me after bible study wednesday nights because I am a apostle - I'm not saying I'm a apostle I'm just saying my plight right now.
  If I weren't a apostle, then the body of christ or at the very least the baptist churches is doing mega bad right now. But I'd go further and say the whole body of christ...........cause surely I should be able to experience ladies wanting to visit with me after bible study wednesday night at a christian church............cause that's the christian way to welcome people in is it not??????
  You could say they have bad fruit, well if they have bad fruit, then due to how many churches I've been to over the years near where I live, my whole town mostly has bad fruit in that event!
  I'm saying it could be a "vocational" issue for me. Not a "they have bad fruit" issue.........but then that begs the question "who can I trust"??????????

  ppps.............blog post before the last blog post, I said my kids aren't baptised, well my husband is a self professed "agnostic" that was baptised as a baby at a lutheran church................well he's gotten the kids thinking like him, and our kids take communion regularly. How my husband basically got our kids to become lutherans that like going to a baptist church????????????????????????? ??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
 Bible does say men run the household and not women. If I was running the household my kids would be baptised already and they sure wouldn't be allowed to take communion until they got baptised! ---------- but I don't run my house. I'm not supposed to so.

I choose the imagine dragons song gold for a reason, cause sometimes I want to care and I'm having trouble caring like I know I should be 1 Corinthians 12:24-25 "For our comely parts have no need: but God hath tempered the body together, having given more abundant honour to that part which lacked. At the messianic synagogue that I pretty frequently go to, I have a easier time caring for the people there, my "comliness or lack thereof" doesn't matter there at all that I can tell? Though from my snoopy "research" on instagram if you post up semi naked photo's of yourself --------- your photo will get very liked up. And many of us peoples that try and dress modest, we don't get as many likes for our photo's. But are those even the "cool" people for reals all them that are barely clothed on instagram that have so many followers and such liked photo's on instagram.

It is of no advantage I do not believe to "gain the whole world" and lose either youself OR BE CAST AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That's my answer for Luke 9:25...............our souls should have great value!!!!!! And our person, the actual people we are should have great value. 

   --------------- Today I had a conversation with someone that either is one them facebook "catfish" accounts (someone faking being someone else) or someone had hacked one of my facebook friends account.........either way they were hard at work faking to be someone they weren't and I tried to call them out on it, and their reply was "I'm nobody, I'm nothing" (which is a mega weak reply in my estimation I TOLD FACEBOOK ABOUT IT DON'T WORRY). 

   That's my 10 cents for today. I am never sure that people around me are being real, and I worry about that. I worry people AREN'T real out there many of them...............and if they ain't real with me or other people..............they likely ain't real with god either. 

   I want to have no part with the "fake game" I wish to partake in the lords sufferings! Deny myself, deny the lusts of my flesh, and take up my cross and follow jesus daily!

   Matthew 7:20 "Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them." ------- not by how they look, how they love, how they serve, today happens to be I'm teaching a painting class again at my church, often I do put up "works meet of repentance blog posts on my blog" lately. That how you will know "us" by our fruit, not how we look.

Sometimes I feel ugly like I feel like I need jewelry and makeup it's been a battle for me - I believe makeup and jewelry sure enough is stuffs of "babylon the harlot" THE WORLD, determined to quit this stuffs (minus natural makeup)!
  I'll even justify both makeup and jewelry - that I'm a girl (girls wear makeup, girls wear jewelry). That ----------- Titus 1:15 "Unto the pure all things are pure: but unto them that are defiled and unbelieving is nothing pure; but even their mind and conscience is defiled."
  But if my ministry is dyeing, if I ain't so holy spirit filled when I go to church (and my daily life) SOMETHING NEEDS TO CHANGE - AMEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  God does not want a lukewarm church - he wants a church on fire for the lord - amen!!!!!!!!!!!! Revelation 3:16 "So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth."
 I hate to say it, but the people around me effect me. You get seeing enough people around you in your life wearing makeup and jewelry and you can really get to thinking in your brains that that stuffs is just fine! (and maybe there is a time in ones life that god overlooks those things)

And every ship master, and all the company in ships, and sailors, and as many as trade by sea, stood afar off," Is it really "pure", great, good, for christians jewerly and makeup ---------------- I'm really believing not! (though I still am a big believer in "natural" looking makeup................if I can wear some natural looking makeup and feel ready to face a day...............to me that's a good thing......................foundation..................can I get some AMENS over foundation..................I still have acne scars on my chin they just won't go away)  There's a time to "quit ye like a man" 1 Corinthians 16:13 "Watch ye, stand fast in the faith, quit you like men, be strong." Nomadder what my pastor at the church my family is going to preaches or (doesn't ever get around to preaching).  I know better then to walk around blinged up like a crazed peacock um uhh hopped up on "red bull" 😹hahahahahhahaha God chooses the foolish things world.
   Yep, today I bout to go through my closet and figure up what I don't want no more, and then I am gonna donate a entire earring tree to the goodwill ----------- just get rid of the entire earring tree.........clean leave the earrings on the thing...................just chuck it in a box to give to the goodwill (someone else can walk around a blinged out peacock AMEN).
   I've been listening to this song a lot, thinking to myself, I need to "go back to my roots" - bunches of narrow way stuffs is my "roots"......................

  My kids both them are not baptised yet --------- one my daughters is 17, the other is 12............maybe I'm not a good enough example for them at the moment? I'm determined to change that! And zeal and fire to follow jesus is just the thing to have in general.

Modesty why it matters......................

UPDATE: I decided I am not giving up on trying to get a marilyn monroe impersonating career going. The bible says......................
Luke 11:9-11 "And I say unto you, Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you. For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened. If a son shall ask bread of any of you that is a father, will he give him a stone? or if he ask a fish, will he for a fish give him a serpent?"

 The odds may very well be crazy stacked against me..............I'm clean not going to give up, I gonna keep praying about it to! 

  And I've like to point out, Suzie Kennedy who is the #1 marilyn monroe impersonator, she also doesn't look 100% like marilyn monroe, I do deem myself to be about equal as suzie kennedy as far as my capacity to look like marilyn monroe goes ------------ and suzie has a career going!!!!!!!!! So I am very hopeful. Even though the odds look real stacked against me right now. 

  But in my real life, modest attire is my goals for now on out! Modest attire it is very important.
   I just watched this here video few minutes ago someone shared it on my facebook 
There chapter mentioned in above video starts out with this verse Jeremiah 4:1 "If thou wilt return, O Israel, saith the Lord, return unto me: and if thou wilt put away thine abominations out of my sight, then shalt thou not remove."

 Verse 1 talks about puitting away "thine abominations out of my sight" then it stands to reason ok...........THAT THERE ARE "ABOMINATIONS" that people could be all involved with on this here earth! (and you all might try and tell me "sheri this is legalism" ---------- I refute the this is legalism idea......cause it's the word of god!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) Is all the abominations that a person could do just drinking lots of alcohol, or fornication, etc. 

  Surely it is possible to dress I do believe in a way that is a abomination in the sight of the god!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Now I do not know where the line is????????? But why try and even get near that -------- AMEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 Jeremiah 4:30 "And when thou art spoiled, what wilt thou do? Though thou clothest thyself with crimson, though thou deckest thee with ornaments of gold, though thou rentest thy face with painting, in vain shalt thou make thyself fair; thy lovers will despise thee, they will seek thy life."

  "And when thou are spoiled" that is to me directly suggesting that risque clothing ain't for any of us ladies "good"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 1 Timothy 2:9-10 "In like manner also, that women adorn themselves in modest apparel, with shamefacedness and sobriety; not with broided hair, or gold, or pearls, or costly array;  But (which becometh women professing godliness) with good works."

   Now -------------- I like a little makeup, but I barely put on makeup..................I tellin you all the truth right now..............I don't like the dark eyeshadows.

  big ol' rockabillian confession here............ya I was plotting to buy a bunch of slinky rockabilly attire. The above video was like a complete buzzkill to my plans! 

(looking modest today rockabilly modesty on point at the moment, though I'd actually prefer to dress quiet a bit like not modest a lot!) And I sewed the hair thing - pretty cool hugh? 👄👍

*****True story, when I was a kid, there was a girl at my school, who's mom was a hooker (everyone knew she was a hooker, like it was common knowledge) and this girl who I was very good friends with I liked her clothes everyday. Well she weared her mom's clothes to school all the time. Which consisted of tube skirts and leggings - skimpy tops to. That really cemented in my brains the idea of "cool". 

   But the bible is true, and it says sure nuff in  Jeremiah 4:30 that the guys ain't going to be appreciating that skimpy attire um eventually "thy lovers will despise thee, they will seek thy life"

  I prefer my skirts just above my knee's world...............I don't like long skirts, I'm fine with skirts that are loose.........aka circle skirts love them. Skater skirts I love them to. Just gonna have to focus on them there looks, the ones that I done know is modest that I do like. 

  Lots of rockabilly dressed, if the neckline is pluging to much, I have a "hack" I button up a cardigan over it.
