Ever make follow jesus into some grueling task?...........

Matthew 11:29-30 "Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light." Somedays I have made following jesus into some gianormous daunting task...thinking to myself ok I need to do x number of good works etc. etc. Worrying about "works" about something that I don't think I should be worrying about like that, doing good works is great, and it's fab to do some but jesus yoke is easy, and his "burden is light" 2 Corinthians 11:3 "But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ."

What I need to do everyday I think is hate my life in this world John 12:25 "He that loveth his life shall lose it; and he that hateth his life in this world shall keep it unto life eternal." Love not this earth or the things in it 1 John 2:15 "Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him." That's my mission these days : ) good works I might do some those to : ) but I think it's not good when I sweat over the idea worry much if I have enough good works or no, get heeding John 12:25 down pat and 1 John 2:15 down pat is my goal, fact it's pry extremely good that I don't have such a fab list of good works, that sure does help w/my being meek and lowly of heart ---- that and man I'm scarcely saved it's ridiculous, scarcely at best! It's a real battle for me to not love this world or the things in it.......but worth it, I need that light yoke jesus had. I need to no more be no sort of friend with this world, not love the things of this world or this world no more! 1 John 4:17 "Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world." Jesus christ was meek and "lowly in heart" I think he didn't own much, I think he lived a very simple life ----- this just my theory. From all I can gather about jesus, he cared for others, was very giving of his time and whatever he could give to help people in anyway........he layed his life down I believe to do the will of god.....such is my going theory : ) If I give into the lusts of the flesh........I'm not doing the will of god!!!!!!! But besides that I think god desire for me us/to be as jesus is........."because as he is, so are we in this world" and that is meek and lowly in heart - humble, humble humble. Humble myself and pray for my enemies, and love them and do good to them. Jesus looking at jesus's life on this earth really think he cared about people a lot.....Deuteronomy 15:11
"For the poor shall never cease out of the land: therefore I command thee, saying, Thou shalt open thine hand wide unto thy brother, to thy poor, and to thy needy, in thy land." Not just for my salvation sake do I need to "crucify my flesh to it's lust's and desires" but to be able to "open thine hand wide" that's not just a tiny somewhat open hand really speaks to me that that is a hand opened "wide" jesus I believe he wasn't just humble and meek "lowling in heart" he was extremely giving, he hits me as having his hand opened wide while he was on this earth ---- and he was lowly and meek while doing it......his heart was there his heart was for people, people's needs, more then just for people to be saved I think, for their health, for their well being. Proverbs 13:7 "There is that maketh himself rich, yet hath nothing: there is that maketh himself poor, yet hath great riches." I'm determined to be the type that "maketh himself poor, yet hath great riches" that's fab way to be I think! It's good to give, it's good to have your hand opened as wide as you can give as much as your can "....unto thy brother, to thy poor, and to thy needy, in thy land" you know whichever of that list you decide to give to a heap I think is fine : )

I wrote this while in the cult, or church, pry cult.........................so I was attacking the body of christ in this blog post...........that's the "sad state" I was in................................
Revelation 3:16 "So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth." I wonder w/mainstream christianity I wonder if mainstream christians have fire (jumping up and down and singing a lot and raising your hands does not equal fire really, I not sure if mainstream christians have fire???? I really aint????? ----- they aren't like the smith's friends who get up and testify and you can know of their fire and/or lack of or have some idea anyways) And where are the logs they get to stick in their fireplace to have a fire?????? Being that they all appear to believe that jesus died on the cross for their sins and presto they confess jesus is christ and boom they are saved or something to that effect. ----- If salvation is instant, w/a baptismal, or a prayer, if you all really believe salvation is instant and you are boom saved, then how you going to be on fire?????? Unless there is indeed something of my self life that needs to die!!!!!!!!!
I am thankful I believe jesus paved a way for us to go.......Hebrews 10:20 "By a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh;" There are logs I can stick in the fireplace!!!!! John 12:25 "He that loveth his life shall lose it; and he that hateth his life in this world shall keep it unto life eternal." I have been going on for months now - ok longer then that mourning that I don't have any friends to go to the mall with, and not such a fancy house ----- FOOLISHNESS that is!!!!!!!!!!!! 2 Corinthians 7:10 "For godly sorrow worketh repentance to salvation not to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world worketh death." Isn't that the "sorrow of the world" this woes me I do not have that house or that car, or those friends! Very much so I am not only to not sorrow "the sorrow of the world" but "hateth his life in this world"!!!!!! It's a very foolish thing I have sorrowed after wishing that I had friends to go with me to the mall -- so much better to "hate" my life "in this world"! Surely that is not something that brings me life sorrowing that I do not have friends to hang out with me at the mall etc. But if I hate my life in this world really hate it, I "shall keep it unto life eternal"!

I am determined to hate my life in this world more then ever, no be doing no more of that "sorrow of the world" stuff which very well there is a "sorrow" of which the world sorrows, there really is a "sorrow of the world" people in the world I find do sorrow that they don't have a hot tub, or a new car, or a whatever : ) over stuffs!!!!!!!! I believe this "sorrow of the world" I believe it truelly exists!!!!!!!!
The truth of the matter is.......1 John 2:17 "And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever." The whole world and THE LUST THEROF it's going up in smoke it "passeth away".........."but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever" It's a fab thing I have 0 friends to go hang out with me at the mall ----- I'm going to hate my life in this world.......and do all I can do ALL I can do to crucify my flesh to it's lusts and desires Galatians 5:24
"And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts." This "world passeth away, and the LUST THEREOF.......but he that doeth the will of god abideth for ever" it's all going up in smoke!!!!!!!!! S - M - O - K - E SMOKE!!!!!!!!!!!! The lusts of this world to, those very lusts that I have STUPIDLY lusted for jewelry for cars, etc. PASSETH AWAY..........BUT HE THAT DOETH THE WILL OF GOD ABIDETH FOR EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!! Man I'm out to hate my life in this world ya hate it, hate the lusts of this world, hate the lusts of my flesh, hate my life in this world HATE IT. Cause in doing that I will "hateth his life in this world shall keep it unto life eternal"
Especially it is on my heart that the lusts of this earth passeth away, how fruitless that is ----- the lusts of the flesh. HOw empty those lusts of the earth are!!!!!!!! They "passeth away"!!!!!!!! But that "he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever"!!!!!!!!! Jesus paved the way, it is a real way he paved........Hebrews 10:20 "By a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh;" It is god's will that my flesh be crucified to it's lusts and desires ------ it is god's will that I hate my life in this earth and thereby "keep it unto life etermal" The will of god must be that I die!!!!!!!!! To my self life!!!!! And to my flesh - all it's lusts and desires!!!!! A death I must die to my self life, to my flesh, I hope to start dieing that death much!!!!!!!!!!!...........Philippians 3:10 "That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death;" DOWN WITH MY FLESH!!!!!!!

Psalm 82:5 "......they walk on in darkness: all the foundations of the earth are out of course."

Psalm 82:5 "They know not, neither will they understand; they walk on in darkness: all the foundations of the earth are out of course." This earth it is all about things, getting things, having a spendy house, having it all coordinated, bling, flash, this fashion that fashion, etc. etc. ........HELLO out there......."THEY WALK ON IN DARKNESS: ALL THE FOUNDATIONS OF THE EARTH ARE OUT OF COURSE" For reals.
1 John 2:16 "For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world."
My testimony for today is simple that I believe this world is out of course, I believe it!
1 Corinthians 9:24 "Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So run, that ye may obtain." They run to they do good things for people to! ALL RUN!!!!! ALL even those of this earth who "know not, neither will they understand; they walk on in darkness......" those of this earth they run to........SO RUN THAT YE MAY OBTAIN! I want to get much more serious about this race, running that I may obtain, love my enemies.....Matthew 5:44-45 "But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you; That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust." Really speaks to me part that verse that says "That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he matheth the sun to rise on the evil and on the good......" That we may be the children of our Father which is in heaven!
It's not enough to just do a good deed here and there I don't think! Nope we need to love our enemies, very well "do good to them that hate you" like our father in heaven who rains on the just and on the unjust! THAT YE MAY BE the children of your Father which is in heaven!
Run that ye may obtain!!!!!!!!!
