Are there dangers with bodybuilding of having to much pride, of finding your life ya but I would argue that we all are in a constant potential peril of finding our lives.......................

my rule of thumb is as long as what you are doin you are humble about it and do it colossians 3:23 "And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men" you are I think gonna be ok.

God gave you muscle's this is a fact..................(at the apostolic christian church of america the elder part the reason he got onto me big time to the point I was suicidal in the church bathroom crying and thinking about going to the church kitchen and getting a knife - fact as I recall I made a leap for the kitchen and my family stopped me...............he said bodybuilding is vain) Whole time I was there all their women or men were allowed to do was walk or swim..........they did not appear to be allowed to go to the gym. It was sad to, I'd hear sisters talking about their walks they were going on with such hope that that'd get them so much "in shape". And you know those walk were only going to get them so much in shape!!!!!!!!!!!! But this is what the devil does he comes to kill steal and destroy ----------- well if you can't even go to the gym and get it shape you've been stolen from!!!!!!!!!!

  A lot of people what they are lacking is motivation.............and they wait to long to "get in shape" they wait until often IT'S TO LATE. They think "oh I'll start a daily walk in january when it's sunny again" THEY DO! PEOPLE DO OUT THERE DO THAT STUFFS. Or "once my arthritis gets a bit better"

  But then you see like people w/no arms PROFESSIONAL BODYBUILDING IN AWESOME SHAPE.................so what that tell you all.........................if you have 2 limbs functioning on your body YOU CAN GET IN SHAPE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (or maybe just 1 limb????????)
   Most people they just don't think they can do it.................so many people out there with this mentality of "oh that is for those people over there fitness" IT'S FOR YOU TO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
   I've always truelly looked up to richard simmons and wanted to be like him someday, motivating people to get in shape.
  I myself love fitness.................I really enjoy going to the gym!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I miss a few gym days I start feeling like blahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. You get in shape - something fabulous about fitness, your whole outlook on life get's better, clothes start fitting better.
  For reals......................................drop that cookie and go for a walk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Update 11/11/2022: I left being a moderator of the apostolic christian church of america facebook page, cause THEY WERE FLEEING IN DROVES, cause I'm hated by that church so badly. It's good it's good 0% of them replied to none of my recent posts on the apostolic christian church of america facebook page - instead many of them left the page. It add's believability to what I was saying that I was being treated very very very poorly at the apostolic christian church of america (cause my husband though he saw me a few times run to the bathroom crying...........after people were super mean to me ---------- he thinks that I didn't really want to leave that church????????????????). I was desperate to leave that church so desperate I knew there was 0% way I could become a member of that church, and if I tried to become a member of that church that would get me out of that church somewhere I was treated better I WAS RIGHT. It worked, except I wasn't expecting the main elder to yell at me 30 minutes telling me I'm the worst person ever, but then I asked why and he had nothing to say.

  I've been tryin so hard to not like gossip no more, I really have. Like never ever ever about like nobody................though I pretty sure that if you are "concerned" about someone in a e-mail and talking about your "concerns" then that isn't gossip then. If it's like coming from a place of "love" that's pry the difference - that's what I recogn. If your concerned about someone, I think then you are coming from a place of love - then that's actually like good conversation. Psalm 50:23 "Whoso offereth praise glorifieth me: and to him that ordereth his conversation aright will I shew the salvation of God." Like I do remember Bob and pearl being at family get togethers on my mom's side the family when I was a kid.

Sheri 10/16/2022 update....................I'm wearing headcoverings lot more now, cause I not only like "feel" other people's energy cause I'm a empath......................and I can more then read faces, so sounding happy and smiling around me won't work. I TAKE ON OFTEN THE FEELINGS clean energy of people around me. Well wearing a headcovering prevents that I've found.

So um I like to donate to my enemies the "Apostolic Christian church of America's" charity "Harvest call" not only cause the bible says to love your enemies. BUT I'M SNOOPY................they are having kids GALORE...................at least in silverton oregon......................I get their harvest call e-mails..................

It's been near every week for a few years there's been baby e-mails, alright sometimes it's repeat for the same baby. That's still sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo many babies. But then you go to see how many church members there are in silverton IT'S ALWAYS THE SAME AMOUNT pretty much besides sometimes the number is lower then others but it's always around 350ish whatever people.

Update 9/30/2022 I've been lifting weights more then usual and drinking protein shakes everyday which isn't the norm for me (I really am a natural hulk, natural bodybuilder, but you know probably I am probably a Nazarene.......I BELIEVE I'M A NAZARITE AT ANY RATE LIKE I AM CONVINCED......my hair when it's short my muscles are less..........long as I have midback length hair.......this is the result.....................

I've skinnied down, think all the women near my age (aka near menopause) have freaked me out about weight gain so bad..............so bad. 

Major health tip for the day. Like if you read this this info could save your life FOR REALS. Did you all know people are magnesium deficient out there? OH YA!

Did you also know if you take a epsom salt bath (I've heard every other day, and I myself find a epsom salt bath daily to be overkill) it'll restore magnesium to your body - which helps your heart...................which heart attacks etc. is like #1 killer of women I heard - OH YA.

  I was listening to christian radio last night cause I was having a bad time being able to sleep - real bad. What you put into your life =========== IS WHAT YOU GOING TO REAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And the world isn't as "cute" as I would sometimes think it is...............1 John 2:16 "For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world." THE WORLD REALLY IS ABOUT THESE THINGS in 1 John 2:16

And those things I do much recogn to myself will spiritually kill a person and like make it so they's bearing ------- bad fruit!!!!!!!!!!!!!
