(somedays I try and look for wrinkles, and convince myself I'm growing crusty old.............I have a horrible time convincing myself. Aging is a normal part of life, you are supposed to age, though I do not believe it is a sin to try and age less, for the bible does say your body is the temple of the holy spirit. (1 Corinthians 6:19) I use vitamin E oil on my face, I lately use a teeny bit of emu oil in some cocoa butter lotion for my whole body. I drink shungite water. I don't drink alcohol (that can really age you), I lift weights which is key.
I really believe time froze for me...............I don't want to age. But I am pretty 100% I'm actually literally not aging anymore. Nobody believes me I don't think.
