Besides crystals to "protect" myself............I gonna tell you what has "helped me" besides you know the bible. And I ain't even talking about peace ok. I'm talking about "energy" right now. Isaiah 26:3 "Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee." Before you think to quote Isaiah 26:3 to me. I'm not talking about peace right now, I'm talking about energy. Covering my head has helped me. And wigs help some, but really really a tight to my head scarf helps the most................seems to hold in "my" energy...........and block out everyone elses. So I end up being super ultra at peace, I often feel closer to God/Jesus with my head wrapped as well. 

  I think I look horrible with a headcovering, and I often end up feeling insecure with my head wrapped, and end up globbing on makeup. 

  Things are so bad for me................I'm such a empath..............I've realized why I liked the roller skating rink (it's closed now).................because it was often filled with young kids and their energy isn't so overwhelmingly negative yet.

    Update 12/3/2025 brian is finally after years of having totally destroyed flooring, he's finally laying down new floor, he likes the stick on tiles the best. Also he's going to put new floor edging I don't know what that's called? (the current floor edging is original from the 70's and is not doing so great)......................only the hallway is done at the moment, but now we can walk down the hallway without stepping on giant cracks where pets have pee'd on the floor and the floor has warped bad............now it's smooth to walk on........................

Philippians 4:5 "Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand." It was never drinking a beer that was bad (bible says don't get drunk, it doesn't say don't ever drink a beer). Or don't go to bars...........jesus went to bars and the lord drank some wine.........apparently he even ate a ton of food with a bunch of people whilst drinking said wine........

  I was inspired to blog this, because of this video..........which I mostly agree with this guy.............I think there is a real difference between "youthful lusts" and merely admiring a pretty girl, or a handsome guy in passing..........like look at them they look cute.........in passing. I'm talking about a admiring of one another that is perfectly a-ok that isn't us burning with youthful lusts.

I think they miss the bit of the bible where it says jesus was eating tons of food, and drinking wine at bars often hanging out with sinners. They have some "another idea" of Jesus that isn't what Jesus really was like. 2 Corinthians 11:4 "For if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or if ye receive another spirit, which ye have not received, or another gospel, which ye have not accepted, ye might well bear with him."

I am a messianic jew I cannot get a tattoo but I want one, a rose on my foot, because I find life is so much better, when I think on "the good" in people even my enemies and love..............never is things as bleak as they look there is always hope.....................(sheri 2025 is a living breathing human, that is tired of races and divisions cause thats what races are they are divisions whether you make them divisions or not and I'm over it).....................................

  When you have lots and lots and lots of clothing, you need more costume jewelry choices so that you have jewelry to go with everything you own.

Update 5/6/2025 the gaza situation is much worse. I went for a walk yesterday, it was really relaxing. About to get my AC1C tested I am almost, like almost sure I'm no longer diabetic, either I'm no longer diabetic or close. I'm about to start injesting black seed oil pills and I think that combined

with saunaing

drinking some sugar free wine everyday (not a lot - it just takes a bit) 

seamoss - 2 heaping teaspoons a day I'm injesting lately (put in coffee the seamoss with coffee creamer and coconut milk hides up the seamoss flavor ------- later in the day I've been putting seamoss in fruit smoothies) 

I really believe I'm soon going to be done with diabeties for good

seamoss, a glass of wine a day, black seed oil pills, saunaing, excersize --------- my new lifestyle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

   That's all I have to say for today. And I could use prayer, that if the test comes back that I am diabetic (which it could be 1 or 2, both run in my family)............that I can figure it out. So far I understand that rye bread is good and diabetics need to eat rye bread (so to not get constipated bad I recogn, and it's a healthy carb, some carbs from my understanding are of better quality then others). So I think?????????????? If I am diabetic which it's looking like it.........................keto diet but with rye bread added into the mix, bit more carbs then the keto diet, cause keto will be dangerous for me if I'm diabetic 1 maybe even 2 it would be dangerous. 

   ---------------------- I for months was going to the bathroom 3-4 times A NIGHT, for months this went on and I knew something was wrong with me.............pinpointed oh "insulin resistance" so I went on the keto diet, seemed like that cured me. Well got real tired of the keto diet, and tried to eat non-keto things....................and my liver was in quite some pain not once but on 2 separate occasions recently. (one of those occasions all I did was drink 5-10 ounces of a slurpee............THAT'S IT) 

   Rye bread will be nice...........................I'm actually looking forward to eating rye bread..............................who knew that day would come???????????????????

My advice for 2019: Instead of looking for the faults in one another......let's think about what is "right" what is going good with one another............................I agree with sheri 2019 but that isn't how people are on earth, they don't show mercy (or worse they hate you behind the scenes and show you pretend mercy ----------- that's what always happens to me basically) YOU DO ONE THING WRONG BAMN YOUR CANCELED FOREVER - BUT THEY'LL PRETEND THEY DIDN'T CANCEL YOU AND THEY LOVE YOU SO BADDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD...........................

Bought this at a garage sale this weekend for $2 and am about to make rose water in it hopefully today 😊.......it's going to look so nice with water it in and mini roses floating around...................

most of the world does not opperate by principals in the bible, they judge, they hate, they condemn Luke 6:37 "Judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: forgive, and ye shall be forgiven:" THEY CANCEL PEOPLE! 

  But all these things also are going on in the church, and not only in the church I'VE TWICE BUT REALY THREE TIMES CAUSE, THERE WERE TWO CHURCHES I HAD NOT LIKED THINGS GOING ON ONE OF SAID CHURCHES WAS USING THE CHURCH MEMBERS FOR FREE LABOR AND I DIDN'T LIKE IT............AND THEN THE YOUTH PASTOR OF THAT CHURCH BASICALLY CONDEMNED ME. They had to make me out to be the "bad guy" so that they wouldn't look like the "bad guys" to each other both those churches had to do that. Cause either I was right and having your church members do free labor on their weekends so that you can fund fancy buildings for like years I'm saying this going on is bad not it.................or the other option is I'm a crazy lady "bad guy" and that's the option the earth went with. the other church had commandments of men, which bible says is bad,, but again if I'm made out to be the "bad guy" or as the elder while I was on the church floor crying kept saying again and again and again that I'm "the worst ever" well then I'm the problem and commandments of men all the sudden are 👍👍👍👍👍👍 In the apostolic christian church of america's minds and THAT'S HOW IT WENT DOWN. But my point being the bible is dramatically "different" in the mo described in it compared to the "mo" of the world which is most of the time...........judging, condemning, not showing mercy.

  You could look at madonna and maybe judge her, think you "know" her.............but do you???????????????? I might add this is certainly something that only just apostles can do 1 Cornithians 9:22. I'm hopefully about to go to a goth um shin dig 😁which not only should 100% be AWESOME and so fun..................without preaching right..............just people seeing jesus in us. This can make a impact, without even saying a word. Fact I been told again and again and again that words are cheap. That what people are looking for is actions......................a smile, a door held open, that can be simple things.
