I have decided the way to overcome "gossip" "evil speakings" in my personal life, to make sure I NEVER do that stuffs anymore.................has to be to look for the good in everyone........................

Update 5/6/2025 the gaza situation is much worse. I went for a walk yesterday, it was really relaxing. About to get my AC1C tested I am almost, like almost sure I'm no longer diabetic, either I'm no longer diabetic or close. I'm about to start injesting black seed oil pills and I think that combined

with saunaing

drinking some sugar free wine everyday (not a lot - it just takes a bit) 

seamoss - 2 heaping teaspoons a day I'm injesting lately (put in coffee the seamoss with coffee creamer and coconut milk hides up the seamoss flavor ------- later in the day I've been putting seamoss in fruit smoothies) 

I really believe I'm soon going to be done with diabeties for good

just make 

seamoss, a glass of wine a day, black seed oil pills, saunaing, excersize --------- my new lifestyle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

one that involves the occasional box of real chocolates 💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓 3-4 chocolates maybe 5 at one time 😁 (ps though ate like 4-5 chocolates yesterday with success full success I FEEL GREAT)

 Though "See's Candy" their sugar free chocolates I might enjoy more then the normal chocolates -------------------- dang see's candy has good sugar free chocolates 💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓 - that chocolate store makes me happy!

  This blog post was inspired by this here you tube video (I find this muslim you tube channel to be of very good content THOUGH I AM NOT MUSLIM............proof this is proof there is good in probably everyone if we just look)

   I'm guilty of honing in on the "bad" I see going on with certain people I'VE DONE IT, I'VE BEEN THERE BEFORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 

 Also going along with the video above which I often can directly link up what is being said on the above muslim you tube channel to verses in the bible (I can't say if they are a fluke muslim group or what???????????????) Proverbs 17:9 "He that covereth a transgression seeketh love; but he that repeateth a matter separateth very friends." Everything doesn't need to be brought out to the light.................very few things people do around us pry actually need to be brought out "to the light" I recogn. ((((((((I believe if you have something to say that will help their salvation along, then I feel it's good to say something, but probably most of the time in private to said person)))))))))

   I want to for good flee gossip, flee "evil speakings" flee anything even close to that stuffs!!!!!!!!!!!! Be instead looking at the good in people!!!!!!!!!! Having hope for people around me! Philippians 4:8 "Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things."

   And if you are wondering well sheri why would you even listen to a muslim channel like that..........well the bible says seek wisdom and DO NOT let it decline from your lips. Proverbs 4:5
"Get wisdom, get understanding: forget it not; neither decline from the words of my mouth." From my personal experience when I have a decline of wisdom in my life --------- FOOLISHNESS CREEPS IN THEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Proverbs 3:35 "The wise shall inherit glory: but shame shall be the promotion of fools." --------- The "promotion of fools" is not something any of us should desire!

   That's all I have to say for today. And I could use prayer, that if the test comes back that I am diabetic (which it could be 1 or 2, both run in my family)............that I can figure it out. So far I understand that rye bread is good and diabetics need to eat rye bread (so to not get constipated bad I recogn, and it's a healthy carb, some carbs from my understanding are of better quality then others). So I think?????????????? If I am diabetic which it's looking like it.........................keto diet but with rye bread added into the mix, bit more carbs then the keto diet, cause keto will be dangerous for me if I'm diabetic 1 maybe even 2 it would be dangerous. 

   ---------------------- I for months was going to the bathroom 3-4 times A NIGHT, for months this went on and I knew something was wrong with me.............pinpointed oh "insulin resistance" so I went on the keto diet, seemed like that cured me. Well got real tired of the keto diet, and tried to eat non-keto things....................and my liver was in quite some pain not once but on 2 separate occasions recently. (one of those occasions all I did was drink 5-10 ounces of a slurpee............THAT'S IT) 

   Rye bread will be nice...........................I'm actually looking forward to eating rye bread..............................who knew that day would come???????????????????

I'm convinced I'm supposed to be all mourning..........please don't laugh I'm serious................(sheri 2024 is mourning - sheri 2011 was told she was a apostle and believed that back then - don't believe that anymore - oh what do people say of me these days that I'm the worst human EVER that I trash my friends and family and that I worship satan and have no value - for jesus they say this to me of course!!!!!!!!!!) THIS WORLD IS SO DROWNED IN SIN, AND WORSE MANY THAT THINK THEY ARE SAVED AREN'T!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND THINGS JUST GET WORSE - LIKE OVERALL AT LEAST LATELY.........................though the migrant crime problem does make things seem "grimmer"...................

Update 9/12/2024 it's 7 a.m. the scale still hasn't moved downward - 3 days now the scale has been basically frozen. But this is especially tragic since how yesterday I 

bike rided

took my dog for a walk

AND walked around the mall

so that's quite a bit of excersize. 

but I am constipated

I'm trapped in a low carb diet - because I'm escaping diabeties! trapped 3 months ago my a1c was 9 aka diabetic ------- trapped low carb!!!!!!!!!!!! WHICH MEANS - YIKES.....................AT LEAST I LOOK SKINNY......................and I've regained tons of feeling to my feet 😁

Proverbs 10:14 "Wise men lay up knowledge: but the mouth of the foolish is near destruction." Don't be a fool, don't do it! Don't dare to be stupid!!!!!!!!! Less, less the stupidity though I'm sure god is not counting my parafoil kiting stupidity - surely that don't count. It's the "mouth" of the foolish that is "near destruction". (I still get to do all the parafoil kiting stupid stupid stupid all I want : )
 Hold onto god's word, this is the biggy god has laid on me recently........Proverbs 21:20-21 "There is treasure to be desired and oil in the dwelling of the wise; but a foolish man spendeth it up.  1 Corinthians 1:27 "But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty;" I shall leave the smartians scratching their heads : )
 I am a little sad to in that house of mourning some these days, that I am such a fool sometimes, it is a grevious thing to me these days. Rather I wish to be wise, just wise, no fool, no folly, no more! You all can be sure "shame shall be the promotion of fools"

Update 9/7/2024 my fish tank is much cleaner, fish and snail are happier since I added real plants.........one plant decided to float - it's still doing a job whilst floating so I've just kept it floating.......................

  Dang god, shoooooooooot, bringing up eccliesiastes 7:25 to me..............well I guess this is proof why one needs wisdom otherwise I'd just stay a fool not knowing of it's wickedness???????????? What wickedness that is???????????????? But that's what it says there sure enough "and KNOW the wickedness of folly" to KNOW it. I have cards up my hand to god Ecclesiastes 2:13 "Then I saw that wisdom excelleth folly, as far as light excelleth darkness." Ya I chucked that bible verse up my sleeve several days ago ; )

   1 Peter 1:17 "And if ye call on the Father, who without respect of persons judgeth according to every man's work, pass the time of your sojourning here in fear:" Man I fear god more then ever.............I some these blog posts, like I really had that stuffs in me NO, god's been using me, and His usage of me has instilled a deep fear of Him in me -------- or it's instilling a deep fear of God in me I should say. I used to not fear god like this.
