You are not going to win bullies. Matthew 5:5 "Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth."..............................

Psalm 37:11 "But the meek shall inherit the earth; and shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace."
Matthew 5:9 "Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God." Peacemaking is the opposite of domineering "bully tactics" so I include this verse. 2 Timothy 3:2-4 "For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;" 2 Timothy 3:2-4 is totally not describing those currently "winning" in life.

  I including this whole section of Romans. Romans 10:9-13 "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved."
