I'm ready for cold weather, I gots 2 super comfy flannel shirts, tried wearing one yesterday - to hot yet again. 

  I'm wearing 1 of them while I'm typing this right now - it's so comfy, so soft.

  Menopause has been kicking my butt bad...............lost so much hair (I don't want to go on rogaine or something.........................I realy hate drugs, besides very needed drugs like diabeties medication). It's so bad my hair loss, that my hair extensions clip in - nearly everytime I try and put them in, while I'm clipping in the last piece THE OTHER PIECE HAS BEEN JUST FALLING RIGHT ON THE FLOOR.............this is post me clipping it in 3 very sturdy clips on both these extensions. It's distressing me. I can't keep doing clip in extensions it's caused me much distress. 

  I'm getting dreads put in, my hair grips good to the dreads. Dreadlocks bulk up my hair,, make me feel like 1 billion bucks. I telling you the truth dreadlocks bulk up my hair and make me feel like 1 billion bucks!

Recently I've went on a few times talking about reading the bible at least once in the day or listening to a christian radio talk show at least once in a day......................but God has been convicting me lately (think that's the word) that He wants us serving Him not the lusts of our fleshes. Galatians 5:25 "If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit."

  Anyways........um.............last night in prayer I was telling god, cause somedays I'll just all day long have a dialogue going back and forth with god (not all the time........sometimes) Mark 12:30 "And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment." Being a messianic jew, I know the 1st commandment is super super important us jews know that, or you know the ones of us that are christian know that. church went well for me this sunday I went to the portland apostolic christian church of america..............I have a new theory lately I could be wrong but that what you put in your life whether god's word or things of the world is going to predict WHAT YOU BECOME! Isaiah 55:11 "So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it."

  I was telling one my best friends n (name edited out so I am not sued), my blog might look "impressive" it really is the result of a lot of christians pouring into me (sheri 2013 trying to get people to like her - NOBODY WAS POURING INTO HER THAT IS A LIE..........SHERI IS FLEE'D THAT IS ALL PRETTY MUCH)............and myself you know like not just hearing god's word cause it's not good to just hear the word...........James 1:22 "But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves."

  I been putting the word of god into practice in my daily life and really daily giving my life to the lord. But also being in god's word is a powerful thing I believe god's word....................

Update 9/13/2024 I am on a diet right now cause 3 months ago at the doctor my A1C was a nine aka diabeties 2. I was on the egg diet, but that lead me to constipation, so I switched off to keto - THAT LEAD INSTANTLY TO THE OPPOSITE OF CONSTIPATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I lost tons of weight good news..................

  Today at church Ephesians 2 stood out to me especially verse 8 "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:" It's true, I'm never so wise, so strong, so perfect, so any that, that I don't need jesus and "grace"!!!!!!!!!!! We are weak............many times I watch the apostolic christian brothers get up before a sermon and say they is weak 1 Corinthians 1:27 "But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty;" god he did he choose the weak things of the world. I to am weak! It is by the grace of god I am saved through faith. 

  I am a person of many "infirmities" paul talked about that 2 Corinthians 12:9-11 "And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ's sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong." there's the magic word grace again! Paul wasn't strong, he wrote a lot of great stuffs in the bible but you can be sure he had a great deal many "infirmeties" I'm a infirmety city!!!!!!!!!!!! OOOOOOOOO geez!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Good thing for grace YIKES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (man I battle somedays)

  Topic near to my heart lately..........................being born of the spirit...................John 3:5 "Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God." ........it's a whole new life............one where I walk in the spirit instead of the flesh being "born..........of the spirit" that I need that, that new life without that a person can't enter into the kingdom of god. Really pressed on me today the importance of that.

Update 8/11/2024 brian stressed me out so bad this morning spilled boiling hot water onto my foot - he was there stressing me out and I needed to make my "body butter" before I take a shower so after I shower I can body budder myself. And I can't avoid him stressing me out in the morning either, cause even the few times he does sleep next to me as soon as I wake up THAT'S IT HE'S UP. And I tell him "no go ahead sleep in, get some sleep" - he refuses soon as I'm awake bamn he's awake listing off either what all he has planned for us to do for the day hint it's often causing me stress the list!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Or more often then not, which if our young adult college attending kids he's taking here there everything picking up, picking up their friends, dropping their friends off at airports or train station etc. etc. etc. etc...................................
