Both my parents worked in the prison um industry - my dad for years and years I know they sleeping on them horrible beds most of them I know that for a fact.

got 2 pairs of shorts today at costco only $10....................

(if you want to get this skinny ice baths might work for you as well - ice baths work for me - pps.......................I make sure the ice bath water is 60 degree's or below when I ice bath which is nearly everyday) The lowest temp I've ice bathed in is around 50 degree's that morning I didn't stay in the ice bath the full 15 minutes.......not that day.

(maybe that person had a bad day - probably - maybe they were demon possessed at the time the bible does say................Ephesians 6:12 "For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.") There are legions of demons out there clean legions the bible talks about Mark 5:9 "And he asked him, What is thy name? And he answered, saying, My name is Legion: for we are many." When I hear about bad things happening on the news some of which as of last year I can't even imagine, like I still am not able to process in my mind what happened at "sandy hook elementary" one thing I can like recogn with myself is the darkness is real. (but god/jesus/holy spirit also WAY REAL)
