 coffee diet results so far.....................(I am trying to promote this coffee diet - so that people will stop taking medication from diabetics to get thin.........of course consult your doctor before going on any diet if your health is "dicey")...........I drink 2-3 decaffeinated coffee's a day, also put keto bombs in them --------- mct oil and um forget the name of the butter but that fancy butter is in the keto bombs as well.............and seamoss.................yep 2 tablesspoons of seamoss..................
