Update: Get ready for a chuckle. I tried to kick my leggings wearing habit..............ya I like leggings to much. For me they are like flannel pants are for many women and men, leggings are comfy. They are comfy and I wear a tube skirt with them or some knee length skirt and they look cute (or I wear them under skater dresses, or long tunic tops................basically the lularoe look). Yep, sooooooooooooo trying to buy better leggings, not cheap leggings, to look a bit more classy I am making a effort.

I think we are not supposed to be wearing and spending like $50 a piece of clothing, like crazy money that's my take on 1 Timothy 2:9.

   I don't dress as well as I feel "I need to"................I don't feel my clothing conveys "smart, classy, creative" quite like I want my wardrobe to be doing that.

  I pry am about to purchase wide lace, and add it to the ends of shirts..........................and buy a few pairs of jeggings cause I believe jeggings are a "step up" from leggings........................I feel leggings look cheap.

  Dear rich people I do not wish for a concussion. And besides............look......................if you dress classy to a sporting event, real nice, real clean look. It's possible to convey a "elivated social standing" at a sporting event while being in the crowd. 

   In my mind, going to a sporting event isn't demeaning myself, and it is part of my "fun time"

   That's all I have to say for today. And I could use prayer, that if the test comes back that I am diabetic (which it could be 1 or 2, both run in my family)............that I can figure it out. So far I understand that rye bread is good and diabetics need to eat rye bread (so to not get constipated bad I recogn, and it's a healthy carb, some carbs from my understanding are of better quality then others). So I think?????????????? If I am diabetic which it's looking like it.........................keto diet but with rye bread added into the mix, bit more carbs then the keto diet, cause keto will be dangerous for me if I'm diabetic 1 maybe even 2 it would be dangerous. 

   ---------------------- I for months was going to the bathroom 3-4 times A NIGHT, for months this went on and I knew something was wrong with me.............pinpointed oh "insulin resistance" so I went on the keto diet, seemed like that cured me. Well got real tired of the keto diet, and tried to eat non-keto things....................and my liver was in quite some pain not once but on 2 separate occasions recently. (one of those occasions all I did was drink 5-10 ounces of a slurpee............THAT'S IT) 

   Rye bread will be nice...........................I'm actually looking forward to eating rye bread..............................who knew that day would come???????????????????
