Update 7/17/2025 so last night at the gym people smiled at the sight of me..........oh I'll pay attention. Update 5/13/2025 I'm back to ice bathing. My new ice bath.............It was cold!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm liking this ice bath though, the height is right, it's wide.............I'm not swished in it.
