  Plannin on having my husband put a skirt around the front of it ------ it's just a much nicer look. 

ignore the mold that is also about to be fixed..........and a whole mattress goes where that mold is - which is also about to be fixed (needs new cover that's all). The like sky light cover blew off in the wind, we didn't realize it til many days later, big mess later. But sewed 3 pairs of matching curtains 😁

I'm this skinny................still battling either diabeties or near diabeties (both my parents are/were diabetic last I heard my mom had overcame diabeties). Well past 2 nights like 1 night we ate pizza that ko'd me I was up many times in the night going to the bathroom (that's how I know my diabeties or near diabeties is not doing good - I have a glucose monitor but that thing hurts like heck to poke your finger it's like demented). Then last night we had mac and cheese. Most nights most dinners are carbs...............................and my body lately is really rejecting most carbs.

I've beat diabeties a few times now. 

my big secret.......................

kombucha, and yogurt..............both those foods have uh um probiotics which eat the sugars in your body

(kombucha scobies eat the sugar that you put in the brew below ----------- well often on my 2nd ferment.............there's a little bit of scoby in the kombucha I actually drink...........well that goes right into my stomach AND EATS SUGARS)
  This is me "gaining the system" what size of kombucha scobies does it take to "gain the system" you wonder..............................

 Update 3/5/2023 being honest ain't gone to church for weeks, I need my head in a good place, I need to be in "positive environments" I've been so abused in so many churches...............CHURCH AIN'T A POSITIVE PLACE FOR ME ANYMORE! 

I've been going to the gym, and being in the word of god that's it.

  Feeling sick to my stomach pretty much over the chat with the elder this weekend.................
I talked to the elder about joining the church cause I feel left out, but joining a church to feel included in is maybe a stupid reason to become a member of a church (there's no activities at the portland church AT ALL, there's a service every sunday, and a service every other wednesday THAT'S IT) and they carrol w/silvertons church in the winter. And of course go to the silverton's church for baptismals. That's all a non-member has as far as activities go to "be a part of things" "feel included" ------------ and I don't feel included or a part of things half the time I don't even feel welcome.
John e-mailed me and said lets meet up this sunday, so I know I should go this sunday ------- MY HUSBAND IS SPEAKING TO HIM NOMADDER WHAT.............brian is 100% that the church is going fab for me...........that everyone likes me they just haven't been hanging out with us because they deem us as living to far away from the church and think that if they invite us to stuffs that we won't be able to go anyways, so they just clean don't invite us............................truelly this is what my husband believes and mike at any rate one the pastors appears to agree with my husband. I not 100% that is the case..............I could just be wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy hated.
 My parents hate this church and they want me to leave it badly...........but taking that out of the equation entirelly........................I ain't sure they like me. I ain't sure they want me to be a part of their church.

   I have so many doubts, that I am a bit sick to my stomach already in advance days in advance. My husband though is 100% this is the church for me, and everyone likes me, and they just haven't hanged out with us at all because we live so far away. (besides you know last weekend mike and lisa having dinner with us, one time I went to nada's house, and one time she went to my house, that's it in 5 years) DOES NOT EASE THE QUEESE

  My mom appears to want me to alter the content of my blog so as to make myself more liked by the world and more popular..............I don't want to do that though...........I do not know about this whole guys ministry I haven't like watched all his videos or nothin...................but I agree with what he is saying here....................

   I will be hated by the world. Now if I got a bit more popular and people actually commented on blog posts more often..............HEY THAT WOULD BE AWESOME. In the past................I did do things to try and be more "popular" I THINK WE ALL DID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  I do happen to be very crafty though and will likely do a post or two in the near future..............but not to try and somehow "befriend" the world. 

  I do happen to like to have friends..................but I don't desire to be "popular" if I was popular though and still following jesus..........then I'm ok with that. Long as I'm following jesus, denying myself taking up my cross following jesus everyday ------------ decreasing so that jesus can increase in my life. 

  I basically ain't tryin to be a beauty queen basically ------------- my sister is a super model she's happy that way ya she is apparently ubber ubber ubber popular. (I'm not sayin my sister ain't saved) All I'm sayin is I ain't about being "popular"

In that past were I was bugging out of my mind and certain the cosmos was out to get me and the only relief was going to be jumping off a bridge for reals.........................I was at those times forgeting something ---------- YOU CAN DO SOMETHING ALWAYS TO MAKE YOUR LOT IN LIFE BETTER!
   Don't focus on every last thing ------ like me ---------- I would like a bff, I am for the past few years completely bff less : ( as in nobody I can call on the phone and say "hey would you like to go to the mall and get a frozen yogurt" so tragic.
   It might not be in the cards for me right now a bff, might not be in the cards for me ever to get a bff. But there's always something you can do to make your lot in life better ------------ above pick I did this last night............originally those pics were just boringly on the wall, I added a simple scarf and a plant in the middle - BETTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
   Also the lamp, I took a sequin scarf that though looked great on me was itching my neck and some medival torture contraption on my neck -------- YA SEQUINS AND NECKS NOT A MATCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  HAHAHAHAHAHH painted that lamp shade purple last night, chopped up my scarf and w/the glue gun glued it on my lamp - BETTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  I'm on like day 33 I think of the "Supreme 90 day system" BETTER!!!!!!!!!!.......................ya I'm not there yet this a recent pic of me..................60 days from now I'm more the confident ubber confident I am going to be looking and feeling GREAT..............................

   I really right now want to focus on the last verse that we are "more then conquerors" but the rest is pertinent to, bad stuffs it happens, sometimes REAL BAD...........Romans 8:35-38 "Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter. Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us."
   Usually bad circumstances they just temporary - and even if they weren't temporary - the big picture isn't how social we are and how many many many bff's we have though this world is mega sociabable and having many bff's.............Matthew 24:13 "But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved." You know like keep workin on following jesus, walk in the spirit in the day so you won't be like I have been stupidely lately cracking here and there buying dork stuffs..............Galatians 5:16 "This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh."

Not just in spiritual matters but also if you give up "getting fit" YOU CHEAT YOURSELF OF THAT JOY OF LOOSING THOSE NEXT 5 LBS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ps. to decorate ones home think outside the box, some the bestest means of decorating involve mosaic tiles, paint, and/or reclaimed wood (shabby sheik it's fab sometimes) I set one decorating project for myself to do a day, rome it just wasn't built in a day, few years pry, few years wait wait for it : )
