I took the pictures down -------- even though let's say they were just friends right, even posting up pics some of a friends baby shower you attended I don't think that would warrant the people that did the baby shower to chew you out to take down the pics ------- even in that event I don't think that'd be normal what happened to me. They live 1 1/2 hour away from me and they knew the laws where they lived and knew they weren't obeying them at that time. But again they couldn't own up to that I got to be the "sinner" and in the "wrong" for posting up any pictures of any family members ever how dare my sinful piece of shi--..................

This popular post 12/9/2024 might be meat eating people - NO HATE - trying to convince themselves they can still eat copious amounts of meat and eggs and dairy and loose weight ------- I was once like you trapped eating meat cause this is a meat eating world mostly - men love eating meat from all I observe around me particular MUCH because it makes them tuff and macho in their minds. And before I got Diabeties type 2 there was tons of pressure on me always to eat meat and dairy and I found it impossible at times to escape eating meat and dairy. Now that I'm diabetic 2 meat and dairy posses jeopardy to my health ------------ so now I get to eat "plant based" Me today................

And even if I didn't weight less (I do weight less) I feel better..........and feeling better eating a plant based diet is something important. 

I ain't the only one out there that used to feel sluggish post eating meat and dairy dense meals --------- that's a real phenomia

and I recently even bought a beat ya the vegetable beats pre workout drink sticks -------- they exist haven't tried them yet but they have tons of vitamins in them pry are great.

 Update 9/30/2023 I only worked out for 30 minutes tonight (trying to send "extreme asthma" into remission) - well today I didn't have to take even 1 hit off of my inhaler. I'm very tired though, and I know why ----------- I literally ate 0 carbs today, I ate 2 hard boiled eggs, 1 cup of coffee, 1 lettuce wrap carls jr. burger, and a bowl of beans, and some nuts. Well that is probably actually 0 carbs. Maybe I should go grab a piece of keto bread before I go to bed so my body at least has what 8 carbs................

 I swear I am not getting the muscles for vain reasons fact oftentimes women look a bit worse having muscles. It's for """"""""HEALTH""""""""" reasons. 
  Yes I am about to become exceedingly muscular (for career "personal trainer" reasons, and health reasons) it is fun for me : ) I do enjoy it : )

Everyone out there that is struggling with their weight, there are underlying issues, stress, health issues that make it hard to work out much, depression, anxiety. Very few people out there are actually like............ahhhhhhhhhhhh I'm going to eat all the food I want and just gain 400 lbs this year! - even the morbid obese, lot them say they wish that hadn't of happened to them THAT WASN'T THEIR PLAN FOR THEIR LIFE!!!!!!!!!!

Small update 1/28/2022 video...........My advice is just forgive people, forgive and forget if you can manage that, if you can't "forget" try and forgive is my advice. Because people are jealous out there, they are often acting out of jealousy. The photo below I done cropped out my face, I was so overweight back then...........even back then there were people CRAZY JEALOUS of me. I'm learning lately the value of being merciful, forgiving people....................I told the elder of the apostolic christian church of america today for both portland and silverton oregon in a e-mail today..............I know what the pastors are up against CAUSE I'M UP AGAINST THAT TO...............Ephesians 6:12 "For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places." Satan has personally visited me trying to tempt me and talk me into stuff (not often BUT IS HAS HAPPENED) and I am well aware of the war that I'm in against the demons...............................for we wrestle NOT against flesh and blood.........

The pastors in the world that get up and preach on sundays THEY IN THIS WAR TO..............they ain't necessarily always winning either!!!!!!!! (or not winning all the time I greately estimate)

   That's a lot to be wrestling against...............that isn't a small tiny war "...........but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places" BIG WAR LOT'S OF DEMONS OUT THERE AND THEY AIN'T NICE!!!!!!!!!!!! 

   But even on a smaller scale people often aren't perfect out there.........................I see a need for me to be ongoingly merciful this verse man stokes me up with zeal to show mercy to keep at that...............

Proverbs 21:21 "He that followeth after righteousness and mercy findeth life, righteousness, and honour."

  Matthew 5:7 "Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy." For sure there are days I need people to be merciful towards me, there are days I need that A RIDICULOUS SLEW! 

   I think perfection is obtainable probably the goal, but for a great deal of us I think it's a process.............Hebrews 6:1 "Therefore leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ, let us go on unto perfection; not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith toward God"

   There is a great deal I do not know...................I've came to realize it's bestest we forgive one another, we really be merciful towards one another LOVE one another GATHER IN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Luke 13:34 "O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, which killest the prophets, and stonest them that are sent unto thee; how often would I have gathered thy children together, as a hen dothgather her brood under her wings, and ye would not!" God is ABUNDANT IN MERCY Isaiah 55:7 "Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the Lord, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he willabundantly pardon." HE'S WAITING FOR SOME YOU OUT THERE TO PRAY...........to seek god's mercy, to come to repentance to turn from your sin........................1 Timothy 2:3-5 "For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth. For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;"

They deck it with silver and with gold; they fasten it with nails and with hammers, that it move not." - exchanging gifts is ok, us Jews exchange gifts sometimes for Hannukah, or as my family has done played the spin the dredel game for candies.......................but my family poo poo hannukah last year and I mostly celebrated it by myself 😞

There are some people in my life..............being general here............they go from church to church to church cause there is always something they find that they just can't live with deal with whatever with various churches...................I really starting to believe we need to forgive one another.................Ephesians 4:32 "And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you." if you ask me doesn't work out to permanently hold the "itemizer of wrongs" list up against a church for good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Better works a bit better, to be a bit "tenderhearted, ah forgiving one another" if all you can muster is you know a 4% ice melt hey GO FOR THAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm saying how can I permanently hold something against a people -------- when I myself do the same thing sometimes. 

  Romans 9:21 "Hath not the potter power over the clay, of the same lump to make one vessel unto honour, and another unto dishonour?" Isn't one more a "vessel unto honour" if you do forgive one another, if you do have love for one another --------- instead of having a permanent itemizing list up of each others faults -------------- I WOULD THINK SO.
But I don't think """"""""" know that they in accusing holding something against churches...............................that they are potentially lining themselves up with the devil who accuses the brethren NIGHT AND DAY.
