Update 2/15/2024 peloton biked yesterday 😁 NO ASTHMA AT ALL, and NO ARTHRITIS lately. I attribute all this success to probably peloton biking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!..................peloton biking could change YOUR LIFE.............

this is my hair unduffused ---------- I juuuust started wearing my natural curly hair all "natural" again. Last night I put a fair amount of coconut oil in my hair...............so today the coils should be even tighter, and today I AM DIFFUSING MY HAIR, and likely adding gel to my hair as well do the full out whole thing to my hair. So it's going to get even bigger then this 😀

  My e-mails now for the elder of the apostolic christian church of america and his wife, and my aunt seem to be reaching them again, and I was instructed to love them. To not give up.
  The bible does say Galatians 6:9 "And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not." It is a means of "well doing" to love the apostolic christian church of americians is it not??????????????????????? Not all "well doing" is literally like you know going and helping wash a friends car on the weekends etc. that type of "well doing" is great to very good, but so is a simple e-mail or a letter.
   Anyways I took good note of how if you have lost salt "love" you are then "it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men" imagine that?????????
  This is me on this topic even though it'll seem like I'm getting off of it, cause I ain't always good at "segways"...........

I've decided 2 Timothy 3:1-3 is talking about a peril that could happen within. Because if everyone or most people around you truelly are ".............lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good," it is a peril, it gets harder to love does is not???????????????????

  You'd be real tempted to think "well why should I love all of these ".lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,"????????????????????

 I was given the answer.............because people can change, because there is hope for people out there even in the worstest of times. 

  And besides that it is just good to love everyone, it's good inside your soul, 

even the idea of not loving everyone is real peril!

Luke 6:45 "A good man out of the good treasure of his heartbringeth forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh." I want good things coming from my mouth just mostly good things (well ok we all have bad days, and I think we should definately be "longsuffering in love" with one another) I don't want to be trampled under the foot of men one day I WANT TO BE USEFUL!

  I was reading the bible yesterday and I a few verses stood out to me much Matthew 26:74-75 "Then began he to curse and to swear, saying, I know not the man. And immediately the cock crew. And Peter remembered the word of Jesus, which said unto him, Before the cock crow, thou shalt deny me thrice. And he went out, and wept bitterly." Peter was a "high end" extremely "high end" christian. And he was sure he was going to stick things out with jesus after he was betrayed, and he failed in his mission there. 

  Paul said Romans 7:18 "For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh,) dwellethno good thing: for to will is present with me; but how to perform that which is good I find not." 

  On my mind how much we really should show mercy to one another. 

  There is though victory to be had in jesus very much so.........1 John 5:4-5 "For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith. Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God?"

   Matthew 5:7 "Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy." I do regularly e-mail the elder of the apostolic christian church of america that bashed me hard, and his wife and my apostolic christian aunt. I try and forgive, it's a way I have tried to show mercy, to be merciful...............sometimes I don't know how to show mercy??????????????????????????

  They don't e-mail me back, how do you show mercy to a people that looks like they hate you???????????????????????? 

  But sending the e-mails has helped me show mercy in my heart, where it matters the most pry. 

  For me mercy is active. It's a activity to do. 

  Whether the elder of the apostolic christian church of america by me, still thinks all that horrible stuffs about me, doesn't matter, or what people think about me in general doesn't matter (I was told I was a horrible human being, horrible friend etc. at a meeting with the elder to become a member of their church which didn't happen ------- bashed to the point I was suicidal)......it's do I love, do I forgive how is it in my heart that is the important thing. Keep your heart the bible says Proverbs 4:23 "Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are theissues of life."

  I feel rather familyless most days and that's hard for me. My parents live across the usa, my brother and sisters (well one lives a hour and a half away from me, but the other two live states away). For awhile the apostolic christian church was my family and were filling a void that needed to be filed, and now I just have that void. 

I wake up there it is. 

I go to bed there it is. 

Mark 10:29-31 "And Jesus answered and said, Verily I say unto you, There is no man that hath left house, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my sake, and the gospel's, But he shall receive an hundredfold now in this time, houses, and brethren, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and lands, with persecutions; and in the world to come eternal life. But many that are first shall be last; and the last first."

  My current job has the potential to become family, and my current church. And I have "internet family" to : ) Things are looking up. I think??????

  I plugging in this 21 pilots song yet again, because the singer sings to "not trust anyone perfect" what he means by that is to not trust the idea of anyone being perfect....................cause it don't exist besides god Mark 10:18 "And Jesus said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God." I've been lead or wanted to believe it existed a few times in my life, it don't.................you want to have people to look up to right??????????? Who doesn't want people to look up to. And what do you do when you look up to someone do you not put them up on some kind of pedastle.............maybe even to the point of believing they are perfect (especially if they hint that they are)

The elder of the apostolic christian church of america didn't know what he was doing, he did not know how much he was actually hurting me that day, if he did I imagine he wouldn't of said all of that. OR I HOPE NOT CAUSE ALL THAT WAS HORRIBLE EVEN IF IT WAS TRUE...........................love one another, build up one another, it's terrible to verbally like stone someone to death like that........trust me I experienced it it was bad.

  If you sow to the flesh, and buy stuffs and buy stuffs and buys you "shall of the flesh reap corruption" we sow to something every single day, every single one of us this is what I have discovered. Everyday counts!
   You can't walk in the flesh everyday and ignore the word of god, and recogn oh now your going to have a nice crop in your soul Luke 16:13 "No servant can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon."
   This post was inspired by a bodybuilding inspiration video of which I am including in this blog post.........I'm still bodybuilding. Bodybuilding is so linked to how I think about my soul these days, everyday counts, everyday is a day to read my bible, to pray, to watch some christian tv, read some christian blogs. Everyday counts for my physical health as well, everyday, I need to do something near everyday I recogn whether that's a walk, or lifting a few weight --- I'm about to go to the gym and crush it at the gym. 
  It all compounds, it all adds up to something. Those that endure unto the end the same shall be saved, we won't maybe be saved enduring unto the end no WE WILL BE SAVED!!!!!!!!!!!! Matthew 24:13 "But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved."
  I can't say for sure bodybuilding is going to pay off for me though.........it's slow going. But the bible is stock that will pay off, the pay off is there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Isaiah 55:11 "So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplishthat which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it." I love Isaiah 55:11 I serious believe this verse, just reading god's word everyday is doing a fantastical work in my life.............."and is SHALL prosper in the thing whereto I sent it" Forget my blog, forget bodybuilding, forget whatever I could do in this world ----------- be saved!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!   Somedays I don't feel glorious. Yesterday me and my family went to the water park and well my swimsuit I kept having to adjust it............................I was yet again battling constipation the whole day long.........................til finally at like 8:30 p.m. at night on the drive home and we stopped at a rest stop. (bout to take some fiber more often up my feeling of having glory hahahhahahahahhaha) And I went on the spinny cups with my oldest teen, who knew I did not want to be spun to much...................she spun me much to much, she wanted to high five me after the ride.............now I didn't high five her, instead I said "I am not in the mood to high five right now" (what I was really in the mood for right then was something other then a high five, didn't do that)
   I don't know if there is any people on the earth that could get sick to their stomach on the tea cups and have the glory in them to be like ------------- yessssssssssssssssssssss that was awesome? Both my kids think that is so much fun to spin zillions of miles per hour on that ride, I just don't get that????????????? Once I spun slow on a tea cup ride at disneyland like 12 or so years ago..............it was real nice.
 Think on this jesus's glory is also going to be revealed someday 1 Peter 4:13 "But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ's sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy." In the kings james version of the bible full out 1 peter 4:13 it really does say "when his glory shall be revealed" Well think about it, the lord jesus christ, he was harassed looks to be near constantly by the pharisee's, laughed at, mocked at the cross when he was dieing..............besides one moment riding a donkey through town his whole life he was laughed at!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am risking getting so busted saying this, but jesus mostly looked like a regular person.................like he didn't walk down the street and
laaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
well you couldn't hear the angels singing his praises - they indefinately where while he was walking down the street
our lord was like us, he didn't emit slews of ridiculous glory out his pores 24/7 that you could like see with your eyeballs.
He fished. He went to bars or the equivalent to, and hanged out with tax collectors etc. He did heal people, but he was a normal guy, and as thus, the glory just didn't just hmmmmmmmmmm

but yet his glory is there was even then there and it's going to be revealed someday - as will ours if we choose to be partakers in christ's sufferings!

1 Peter 5:1 "The elders which are among you I exhort, who am also an elder, and a witness of the sufferings of Christ, and also a partaker of the glory that shall be revealed:"
  There is a lot of stuffs that can look great in this world, but those things don't lead to lasting glory for all of eternity, only following jesus, partaking in the sufferings of christ can really lead to having one day glory I believe. 2 Peter 2:22 "But it is happened unto them according to the true proverb, The dog is turned to his own vomit again; and the sow that was washed to her wallowing in the mire." Whatever "glory" the world can give us, and yes I've been interested in bodybuilding sigh ------------- it ain't been going well as I type this my stomach is wrapped in a vicks vapor rub wrap (so intense is my weight battle to this day...................it is what it is..................some people can be bodybuilders and are cut out for that ------------ maybe I'm not). Back to my point whatever glory the world can give us pales in comparison to the glory that could be revealed in us someday after daily denying ourselves taking up our crosses following jesus and partaking in the lords sufferings!

  Do we believe jesus will have glory one day???????? I know I do, well then it just stands to reason one day we to can have glory someday in heaven if we just follow the lord jesus christ. Colossians 1:27 "To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory:"

   And if you were stingy --------- that is also a way of life. There's no good promises in the bible for being stingy that I know of.............but if your giving...............there is Luke 6:38 and also the example of jesus on the earth there's that as well.

it could be prayer, could be something people on earth don't even see

  I don't fully understand how being not able to buy 0% is life more abundantly. John 10:10 "The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly." I've struggled with that idea for years now just quietly.
  What I can't desire to buy nothin and need to buy pretty near nothin (cept like groceries and occasionally fresh dud's 1 Timothy 6:8 "And having food and raiment let us be therewith content.") and this is supposed to be a fantastical abundant life. he's so much like me he often just sits around and be's fancy all day as he should! - he didn't like me trying to take pics of him.........that was wayyyyyyyyyyyy to encroaching upon his fancy time aka his entire life💓💓💓💓💓💓 Since my youngest daughter has went off to college I'm now maybe marshie's fave now 😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁

Update 2/4/2024 no update pics or nothing with this blog post update cause I'm still pretty sick. My husband got outside to build greenhouse (it's a $300 greenhouse - should look nice) it was he said 30 something degree's outside. 

I think this wig was also horrible, and back then I really needed to wear makeup badly. These days I look much more like marilyn monroe 24/7 even without makeup on, but back then I wasn't as much looking like marilyn (no plastic surgery............just red light therapy - many people in my family their nose the cartilage get's like larger and hardens up more at the end of their nose later on in life ---------- I spent most my life terrified I'd end up with my aunt kays nose................which her nose looked great on her. Fortunately my cartilage did it's weird grow/harden up thing and it ended up very much looking like marilyn's nose). She was a lot like me, super "sun shiny" but when she got sad finally - she got real real real sad.

(back to wearing tichels, pictured above, I'm just going to have to figure out which headscarves are cool enough for the summer. Everyone liked actually seeing my hair. It was terrible for me, I don't like my hair at all hanging down)

  A few people fear me bad right now, so bad I've been thinkin about fear. I can't think of a time a moment, when fear would be a good thing.
  This verse in particular has just gripped me lately Revelation 21:8 "But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death." Where this verse says "but the fearful" man I've been thinking on that, on the idea that fear could lead you to hell!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Romans 8:15 "For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father."  Don't have fear, instead I recommend having faith!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 
Mark 4:39-40 "And he arose, and rebuked the wind, and said unto the sea, Peace, be still. And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm. And he said unto them, Why are ye so fearful? how is it that ye have no faith?"

  Also a section of the bible much on my mind lately Numbers 14:6-9 "And Joshua the son of Nun, and Caleb the son of Jephunneh, which were of them that searched the land, rent their clothes: And they spake unto all the company of the children of Israel, saying, The land, which we passed through to search it, is an exceeding good land. If the Lord delight in us, then he will bring us into this land, and give it us; a land which floweth with milk and honey. Only rebel not ye against the Lord, neither fear ye the people of the land; for they are bread for us: their defence is departed from them, and the Lord is with us: fear them not." 

  Joshua and caleb, they saw the giants in the land, and they chose to trust god.....................god promised this land of "milk and honey" this was it this was the land god promised all the jews back then full of "milk and honey" God clean told them "I gonna give you this land"!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Exodus 3:17 "And I have said, I will bring you up out of the affliction of Egypt unto the land of the Canaanites, and the Hittites, and the Amorites, and the Perizzites, and the Hivites, and the Jebusites, unto a land flowing with milk and honey." This was it, this was their land of "milk and honey" and instead of believing many of them chose fear. 

 ................now maybe if you fear a person your love just ain't perfect yet...................
1 John 4:17-19 "Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world. There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love. We love him, because he first loved us."

  Though I don't much recogn fear to be a good thing at all I can find many places in the bible where god is saying hey don't fear 

Deuteronomy 3:21-22 "And I commanded Joshua at that time, saying, Thine eyes have seen all that the Lord your God hath done unto these two kings: so shall the Lord do unto all the kingdoms whither thou passest. Ye shall not fear them: for the Lord your God he shall fight for you."

  Now my old church is in terror of me, they done told me so on this here blog on a older post (apostolic christian church of america). I don't fear them. If they killed me.....................what can separate me from the love of christ????????????

Romans 8

34 Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.

35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?

36 As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.

37 Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.

38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,

39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

what am I gonna fear?????????????????????????? Besides god???????????????????????????????????????

I believe, I believe god Deuteronomy 3:22"Ye shall not fear them: for the Lord your God he shall fight for you."

----------- I can't even tell you all in what ways god is fighting for me...................but you can be 100% He is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
