  If you sow to the flesh, and buy stuffs and buy stuffs and buys you "shall of the flesh reap corruption" we sow to something every single day, every single one of us this is what I have discovered. Everyday counts!
   You can't walk in the flesh everyday and ignore the word of god, and recogn oh now your going to have a nice crop in your soul Luke 16:13 "No servant can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon."
   This post was inspired by a bodybuilding inspiration video of which I am including in this blog post.........I'm still bodybuilding. Bodybuilding is so linked to how I think about my soul these days, everyday counts, everyday is a day to read my bible, to pray, to watch some christian tv, read some christian blogs. Everyday counts for my physical health as well, everyday, I need to do something near everyday I recogn whether that's a walk, or lifting a few weight --- I'm about to go to the gym and crush it at the gym. 
  It all compounds, it all adds up to something. Those that endure unto the end the same shall be saved, we won't maybe be saved enduring unto the end no WE WILL BE SAVED!!!!!!!!!!!! Matthew 24:13 "But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved."
  I can't say for sure bodybuilding is going to pay off for me though.........it's slow going. But the bible is stock that will pay off, the pay off is there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Isaiah 55:11 "So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplishthat which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it." I love Isaiah 55:11 I serious believe this verse, just reading god's word everyday is doing a fantastical work in my life.............."and is SHALL prosper in the thing whereto I sent it" Forget my blog, forget bodybuilding, forget whatever I could do in this world ----------- be saved!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Update 9/8/2025 I did watch red letter ministries a month ago or so...............sometimes I watch them cause they are "different" I get tired of the same ol' same ol' same sermons - you can judge me, you probably are that is what I'm suspecting since how tons of people go to my blog and nobody comments and lot of the time when they do it's to attack me. ------------- I struggle to listen to sermons, they boring often, THEY BORING. Even Joel Osteen whatever he's doing sermons or positive speaking ---------- I can snooze off to joel.

I know some of the things "red letter ministries" believe's is out there way out there............but most pastors I have a hard time paying attention to them. It's not their fault that I have a hard time paying attention to them............I have attention deficit syndrome, so I need ministries like "red letter ministries" that are grabbing my attention somehow.   When people hear that the devil's slogan is "do as thou wilt" I imagine people think by that that means that of course all the people under the power of satan, are out there partying........................James 4:17 "Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin." but I think some them might just not be living for god/jesus..............doing it "their way"

For me going vegetarian..........it's worked out for least a week now, pry longer I've eased into it. But meat is plenty good to eat - with god's blessing that is to eat meat is, and for many, diets including "lean meats" WORK OUT FINE.

  I am a ex-mc donalds/burger king addict........................vegetarianism is rehab............maybe I'll rejoin the meat eating population someday again and do the whole "lean meat" eating thing as well THAT COULD HAPPEN. (man I do like sushi I will not lie - but lately I'm so worried with that fukushima plant - just being honest)

I don't do bodybuilding for "vanity" reasons health is so important

and I like many bodybuilders I LOVE BODYBUILIDNG I ENJOY IT

Update 8/29/2025 I still plenty believe in doing good to them which hate me.............elder of the church of silverton oregon apostolic christian church of america said one day I am the "worst ever and could never become a member of the apostolic christian church of america" - which is fine I only tried to become a member because brian refused to quit going there and I told him many of the sisters were being very mean to me well several times I ran to the bathroom crying due to things some of their sisters said to me mean. And brian tells me to this day he thinks I ACTUALLY WANTED TO BECOME A MEMBER OF THE APOSTOLIC CHRISTIAN CHURCH OF AMERICA! NOOOOOOOOOO. 

 not unless they decided to be nice to me and get rid of their commandments of men, let me wear my hair how I want, my clothes how I want, and wedding rings however I want etc. ------- and they just couldn't do that for their lord jesus christ all they were able to do was insult me and make me cry on sundays!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
