Yesterday for real

I was battling IBS (irratable bowel syndrome) so damn bad I even googled what could help this..................the internet repeatedly suggested doing yoga and you know what sometimes I have did yoga AND I DO NOTICE I FEEL BETTER

but for real 

yesterday like cramping up, feeling like I have diahrea but knowing I probably didn't need to go to the bathroom -------------- just breath wait a minute the feeling of having diahrea bad goes away oftentimes for me before becoming reality

a constant switch off diahrea.................constipation.........................diahrea................constipation

if it ain't IBS I'm fighting it's arthritis, though recently been drinking palo azul tea and that has near gotten rid of arthritis symptoms (((((almost))))))))))

after rinsing the tumeric out of my hair

I left it in for 30 minutes next time I'll pry leave it in for 1 hour................

whether indoors or outdoor it don't look that "weird" or whatever on me tumeric in my hair don't --- if I only leave it in for 30 minutes before rinsing it out 

(leave it in for 1 hour though that's a different story)

in usa you putting chemicals on your bodies via lotion, shampoo, conditioner.................I like using natural hair dyes.

(I don't really use body lotion either - except if I am using sunless tanner)

instead I well lately I bathe in pine needle water combined with epsom salt (put the pine needles in a sachet they ain't floating around the bathtub loose) ---------- all natural skin moisturizing that is basically instant and helps relieve arthritis pain and general I went to the gym soreness

I'm pretty convinced the chemicals in the shampoo's and conditioners and lotions just can't be good for our health!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 Update 4/10/2024 since nobody comments on my blog but to attack me for their lord "Jesus Christ" anymore, I have to guess why a blog post is popular. This one I think is cause people want to see a older pic of me to see if this coffee diet I am on is really working - IT IS. (I still eat food but keep calories down, drink 2-3 decaffeinated coffee's a day...........put a "keto bomb" in all them usually, also 2 tablespoons of seamoss a day).......

Turns out I'm just not preferred (not by the body of christ or any group of people that I know about on earth - off earth I am preferred though : ) I done been telling you all I ain't from this earth. Romans 12:10 "Be kindly affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honour preferring one another;" ------- I hope some you all experiencing the "love dove earth experience"...............
