And most usa has only has pastors and NOT shepherds well it takes more then a pastor "to get a shot in" (((and this is a video blog post, and I talk more about what it takes to be a sheperd, you got to know how your church members are doing SPIRITUALLY and for that you got to literally know how they are doing))) else you might have caos in the usa......................I'M JUST SAYIN.................
