I was taught we are "vessels of clay" at a campus of Brunstad Christian church in usa. Which I love that bible verse a ton, it means nomadder how rich I am or "holy" I or you might "seem" WE ARE VESSELS OF CLAY!!!!!!!!!!! AND WE ARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Many do taught themselves as some great and mighty - EVEN IN THE BIBLE (see the king james version of this verse 2 Corinthians 11:5) WE ARE NOTHING BUT CLAY IN GOD'S HANDS ALL OF US THE GREAT AND THE SMALL (OR - OR NOT IN GOD'S HANDS IF WE CHOOSE TO NOT BE IN GOD'S HANDS) Isaiah 64:8 "But now, O Lord, thou art our father; we are the clay, and thou our potter; and we all are the work of thy hand."" I am now openly REBUKING MANY PASTORS IN THE USA you have bling, or a fancy car think your mighty and the best ever, sirs YOUR CLAY........................

but don't think with yourselves that it's wrong to be rich

just know that if you is rich your rich to hopefully BE RICH TO GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!

Luke 12:19-21 "And I will say to my soul, Soul, thou hast much goods laid up for many years; take thine ease, eat, drink, and be merry. But God said unto him, Thou fool, this night thy soul shall be required of thee: then whose shall those things be, which thou hast provided? So is he that layeth up treasure for himself, and is not rich toward God."

  I think it's high likely a Christian could get rich....................

Luke 6:38

Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete withal it shall be measured to you again.

that's in my estimation "prosperity gospel" RIGHT THERE IN THE BIBLE. 

and I can't say it's fake........................................

cause I didn't even have to pay taxes on one of my properties this year (happens to be that property we can't build on it at the moment, it's to narrow to build on - but maybe they could've taxed us - they didn't I think that is me being blessed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

My other property that we can build on only $30 was the tax. That's wonderful for us.............makes it easier to save up to build our cabin without having to pay a lot in taxes. ---------- 1st we building a cabin then later on a full out house is going to be put on that particular property.

great thing I learned at brunstad Christian church "that we are clay"

and also as followers of jesus we should want to be humble.............Philippians 2:7
"But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:" Jesus didn't say "look at me I am the lord the awesomest ever I can build shiz"

on his big "glory moment" ------------- he choose to ride a donkey

was jesus more then clay - he was in the flesh tempted yet without sin --------------- maybe the lord also was "on the wheel" HE WAS TEMPTED

Hebrews 4:15

For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.

he had to crucify his flesh to it's lusts and desires the lord jesus christ did while on this earth 

so I think clay

I think the lord also was clay in a process with a flesh a real human flesh that he had to crucify to it's lusts and desires

and he knew pride wasn't it

but he also knew GOD IS THE POTTER, GOD IS THE WHEEL WE SHOULD ALL WANT TO BE ON JESUS KNEW THAT SO HE HUMBLED HIMSELF Philippians 2:7 "But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:" so that god could make him into what god wanted him to be (you know the lord). BUT HE DID THAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And god ain't making us into the lord cause jesus is the lord, but god also would like to make us into something pretty great,

not necessarily that we be rich

but rich

rich in loving people

2 Corinthians 6:10

As sorrowful, yet alway rejoicing; as poor, yet making many rich; as having nothing, and yet possessing all things.

rich in peace

but some of us also could be or become rich - I think there is some validity to the "prosperity gospel" it's a gospel that has been abused in the church. But still................Luke 6:38

I want to be the most rich

well in my mind why not be clay having a really good time??????????????????????? I DON'T THINK I'VE GONE NUTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
