If I ever sounded like I have complained that people hate me, and that's why they don't comment on my blog..............I'm sorry for that I know your all starving and dieing and fighting for your lives and that's why you don't have time to comment on my blog (some american's dieing from obesity issues, some of them dieing from starvation - it's a maybe 50/50 split of ways all of usa is dieing bad right now)................I fully understand, america is a hellscape, this is hell, we are in hell in a real sense..................IT'S NOT SAFE TO RIDE BUSES ANYMORE HERE.............

for now on out, I'm weary of who I sit by on buses - I WASN'T WEARY BEFORE NOW I AM..............

 Nobody can just sit on a bus anymore.................you have to walk on the bus FEARING FOR YOUR LIFE HOPING AND PRAYING YOU DON'T GET STABBED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am severely buff and that is part of my problem - because I'm very buff I get the munchies sometimes BAD

and then the scale never moves anywhere so the fat can literally creep up on me if I ain't taking pictures of myself to document how I look - the fat can just "surprise" creep up on me as can diabeties type 2 I done found out YIKES

Me today ain't sucking my gut in at all..........ya I just woke up..............

I think these bracelets are working...........................I'm currently wearing 4 of them..................

that and I've been drinking tons of matcha tea and green tea, I bought some green tea powder in a shaker container you like shake the green tea powder into your drink IT TASTES REALLY GOOD! (it's a portland store that sells this shaker bottle type green tea, so most you out of luck pry) But dang it's made me drinking green tea ENJOYABLE.

I THINK THAT'S WHAT'S REALLY HAPPENED IN ALL OF THE WHOLE OF USA

Matthew 24:11-13 "And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many. And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold. But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved." I'm pretty convinced nobody love anybody anymore in usa THEY COLD, THEY ALL COLD
