My sister e-mailed me. I ain't read it yet. I'm pretty tired out............had surprise mole removal surgery today and it was a larrrrrrrrrrrrrge mole. It went well. I needed it removed, I was loosing sleep over it and I just sat and watched it grow and grow - on the 2nd time of me going to kaiser and said ep it's still growing that's when they finally decided I was right and the thing was cancer..................THEY DID A REALLY GOOD JOB REMOVING IT....................PROPS TO KAISER PERMANENTE.................

What are the odds that this giant bubble would make a heart shape and I'd manage to photograph that??????? But that's exactly what happened!

I don't know how I'm going to manage sleeping tonight............I'm a side sleeper..........and a maniac side sleeper..........but I sleep well tossing and turning all night

nights I pry am like a all night long hurricane tossing and turning bad - those are nights I'm sleeping AWESOME

I heard something of some value recently. A guy on tiktok said poor people complain about their "woes" royals and rich people plan and stradegize their like next "goal" in life. 

  Mindset is so important. 

  If you right had no limbs, but could get the right friends....................you could own a yacht........or a boat etc. If your alive and breathing - you can have a "next goal" 

  Positivity is POWERFUL.......................Philippians 4:7-9 "And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you."

   I recommend, donating to charities and volunteering - cause these activities a positive. Athons of positivity. 

  People with drug or drinking problems ------- I think they often are in some kind of spiral whether they know it or not of negativity. 

  The bad that happened............it's over.

classes to take

etc. 

 People to forgive maybe give a second or billioneth as the case may be chance to as well. 

I might be staying up late tonight (lucifer just changed the type) I'm really not sure how I'm going to manage sleeping tonight????????????????
