there's calorie deficit foods oh ya (the idea behind these foods is you eat them, they ain't to many calories and they make it so you don't "have the muchies" so often). I eat tons of popcorn. Popcorn, whey protein shakes, and protein bodybuilding bars tonsssssssssss.
