Spankings didn't work for me...............I think spankings only work on someone if they know you care....................see once I watched a kid in laveen arizona at school get the paddle (I never got the paddle I was the kingpin of that school and even after I retired I was still the kingpin)...............this kid he knew THE PRINCIPAL DIDN'T CARE............................they were one them kids that had a vendeta out for the principal and a few teachers as I recall. Their vendetta was so immense for a few even in my estimation sorta crooked teachers and to this kid the principal wasn't great that's how I wording that cause I liked the principal....................I got free posters often at the front office...................

bible talks about the goodness of god

and many christians talk about "stay blessed" 

but if you "get the belt" from god

you'll likely also experience THE LOVE OF GOD AS WELL

that's also why grandma bible studied with me - my grandparents when my family lived in laveen which was when the abuse was the worst................for 6 months at a time they'd stay on my parents land in their rv

then also I was bible studied by grandpa I wanted to hang out at grandpa's house

And hang out with edna and jerry lee and sometimes I visited with jerry lee's son to for a minute

where I was more like valued
