Many of us give up, we give up our marriages, we give up on our faith maybe, give up trying to get in mega good shape maybe?????? Sometimes you have no choice, to quit a job, or marriage, etc.. BUT OFTEN WE CAN CHOOSE TO NOT GIVE UP!!!!!!!!!! Course after I type this I'm taking a nap, I'm tired...................

Update 4/4/2025 this the most popular post right now so ep it is what it is.................1st day of "Insanity workout" I don't know if it is my arthritis, or that I spent the past 2 days walking walking walking, but workout done near killed me, it was so hard. I don't know what to do with arthritis anymore??????????????? I can't put more copper bracelets on my arms only so much room for bracelets................

Update 4/3/2025 my updates are all out of order, cause nobody is going to my "featured blog posts" hardly and this is the post popular right now. I've battled hand arthritis for days now, it was so bad last night I woke up in the middle of the night and piled on a bunch of copper and brass bracelets well now the pain is near gone!!!!!!!!!!!! So this is my look now...................

I'm not into my wrists turning green that's why I don't often wear the copper bracelets but I hate being in pain more!
