  In my household my husband choose which mortgage we'd go with (men run the house, it's like in the bible) Ephesians 5:23 "For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body." I remember trying hard to talk brian into a 15 year mortgage and he didn't let go of the 30 year mortgage and he persisted and I eventually caved and got tired of making my point for the 15 year mortgage HE WORE ME OUT ON THE TOPIC IN FRONT OF THE REALITOR.
 So men pick if my husband is the norm.........the 30 year mortgage........well..................

 Which has tailspined us into more debt, because your mortgage IS DEBT!
  It don't even matter how smart a person is, if a man is running the household that wants to select the 30 year mortgage even though you don't but since how your a girl you don't really have a say Ephesians 5:23 "For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body."

 It is not fair to doom your wives to basically poverty like this. 30 years mortgages are actually that bad. 

How many cruises have I gone on over the years with this 30 year mortgage - 0

How many island vacations - 0

Trips to disneyland maybe - 1

Most of the entire country of the United States of America, is right now living from "paycheck to paycheck" the tails............most this country is the tails right now. Following god...............keeping the sabbath, keeping THE SABBATH, keeping the 10 commandments AT LEAST, work to keep them is my advice.

  Many of us are in debt, we the tails god wishes us to be the heads and not the tails I believe. 

   It's high noon we all get smart with the handling of our money. I'm trying to help our country out right now. I watched Gary Kasee on his "fixing the money thing" show, and in this country a huge problem he said and I agree with him, is we've all been conditioned to believe these massive mortgages are normal........................that's it's normal and ok to be in huge amounts of debt most of our lives. But what does the bible say Deuteronomy 28:12"The Lord shall open unto thee his good treasure, the heaven to give the rain unto thy land in his season, and to bless all the work of thine hand: and thou shalt lend unto many nations, and thou shalt not borrow."
