I remember trying hard to talk brian into a 15 year mortgage and he didn't let go of the 30 year mortgage and he persisted and I eventually caved and got tired of making my point for the 15 year mortgage HE WORE ME OUT ON THE TOPIC IN FRONT OF THE REALITOR.
So men pick if my husband is the norm.........the 30 year mortgage........well..................

It is not fair to doom your wives to basically poverty like this. 30 years mortgages are actually that bad.

Most of the entire country of the United States of America, is right now living from "paycheck to paycheck" the tails............most this country is the tails right now. I watched Gary Kasee on his "fixing the money thing" show, and in this country a huge problem he said and I agree with him, is we've all been conditioned to believe these massive mortgages are normal........................that's it's normal and ok to be in huge amounts of debt most of our lives.
