I ain't stepped on the scale this past 3 weeks of military dieting, but what I have done is measured my waist, which started out 47 inches YIKES..........I'm at 41 inches today,
I should next monday, tuesday and wednesday of military dieting drop down to 39 inches.............get all in the 30's,

I bought a cool kumikreator bracelet kit for a really good deal at the goodwill for just $2.99 😁 Usually I used my kumicreator to make necklace cords, but I'm about to actually make a bunch of bracelets and have a fun bracelet stack on one of my wrists 💓💓💝💝💝 And my son got a job today 😃 And picture below is also the 2 wire rings I made recently...................fun fun fun........................
