They said be in the "middle of the ship where Jesus is" Luke 6:48 "He is like a man which built an house, and digged deep, and laid the foundation on a rock: and when the flood arose, the stream beat vehemently upon that house, and could not shake it: for it was founded upon a rock." There''s a bible verse that talks about "drawing back" and some might think drawing back is going to rock concerts, or wearing jewelry --------- but I've over time learned ---------- be in god's word, be in the word, be praying that's what "not drawing back" primarily is stay anchored in the middle of the ship where jesus is!! (or that's the analogy the smith's friends told me and that stuck with me). I NEEDED TO GO TO THAT CHURCH FOR AWHILE THERE WAS A "POINT" IN ME GOING TO THAT CHURCH FOR SOMETIME..............

I think a lot of christians that have quitted going to church 

a lot of them may not of "fallen away" 

the real falling away - would only happen when mammon takes over ENTIRELLY

Luke 16:13 "No servant can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon."

  doing good deeds could be at times a way to "serve god" 

but so it praying

so is reading the bible or listening to a sermon

I'm CONVINCED

"drawing back" is when you let mammon win!!!!!!!!!!!

But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition; but of them that believe to the saving of the soul.

  I'm about to go into full "smith's friends mode for a second" ---- IF YOU STAY ANCHORED AT THE CENTER OF THE SHIP WITH JESUS --------- WHEN THE WAVES HIT AND STORMS HAPPEN YOU'LL BE OK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Even if you merely listen to Joel Osteen - lots of people talk smacks about joel but he speaks about the bible or biblical topics some that I deem valuable........he speaks a lot about living in faith, believing............he's not merely a prosperity pastor (people like to deem him a valueless prosperity preacher, but I think some of his sermons very much have value). Because we aren't supposed to walk by sight but by faith

and believe!!!!!!!!!!!!

everyday that we walk "by faith" and not by sight

that a day we are NOT DRAWING BACK!!!!!!!
