Update 12/14/2023 sheri went for a walk yesterday again, she's hard at work getting in shape for reals this time. And she's figured out, that if you sauna not once, but TWICE in the day, one sauna session in the morning and one in the evening coupled that up with a vegan diet and some excersize (eat all the meat you want though, sheri has at least for the moment gone vegan to get rid of "extreme asthma") anyways lbs are going bye bye now.....................She likes all 3 these selfies.....................

  Bible says to move onto perfection, and I definately agree with matthew 19:21 "if thou wilt be perfect" perfection is not loving none the things of this earth

But to have ones treasure just in heaven!!!!!!!

I desire wholeheartedly to move my treasure more and more and more and more in heaven and not on this here earth!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tonight at church I was relieved to hear this verse Revelation 3:5 "He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels." In the past I think I've even said on my blog (oh I'm a fool for jesus be sure of that) that I was sure that you had to have many a good deed to have white garments and make it into heaven.......but look at revelations 3:5 "He that overcometh, THE SAME shall be clothed with white raiment" that's it, that's what I need to do I've decided overcome this earth!!!!!!!!!
   I'm confessing here, this a fool 100% fool confession, this the kind of fool I am..............I've sat and I've drooled over sports cars for many a year oooooooooo look at that car, look at that car FOOLISHNESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
