Update 12/14/2023 sheri went for a walk yesterday again, she's hard at work getting in shape for reals this time. And she's figured out, that if you sauna not once, but TWICE in the day, one sauna session in the morning and one in the evening coupled that up with a vegan diet and some excersize (eat all the meat you want though, sheri has at least for the moment gone vegan to get rid of "extreme asthma") anyways lbs are going bye bye now.....................She likes all 3 these selfies.....................

  Bible says to move onto perfection, and I definately agree with matthew 19:21 "if thou wilt be perfect" perfection is not loving none the things of this earth

not laying up any treasure for yourself on this here earth - where "moth and rust doth corrupt, and where theives break through and steal"

But to have ones treasure just in heaven!!!!!!!

I desire wholeheartedly to move my treasure more and more and more and more in heaven and not on this here earth!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
