I might be on a highway to hell in america, can't make friends at church to save my life, to be influenced to "be better" or "do better" if that is the case that I needed to be better or do better. But at least I can be healthy. The food here stinks, I spent my whole childhood for real eating pizza's, french fries CAFETERIA FOOD I AM TALKING ABOUT..............and then it's at our gas stations, at our fast food joints. I must have literally lost my mind, for actual reals, cause I'm literally wanting to go buy fermented beans today and many little japanese bowls to put various fermented foods and rice and veggies and fish in.............THE USA AMERICAN DIET IS KILLING MOST OF US. I at one time thought it was meat - no - that ain't it CAUSE FISH IS OFTEN HEALTHY. But the vegans are partly right we need real food REAL FOOD ISN'T PIZZA................REAL FOOD ISN'T HOT DOGS, REAL FOOD ISN'T FRENCH FRIES THE WORD FRY SHOULD'VE TIPPED US ALL OFF........................ps scale is down I am drinking 75% of 1 teaspoon hahahahhaha for real hahahahah of matcha tea broken up into 3 drinks throughout the day. I'm serious because I calculated the safest amount of matcha for me in a day and when to drink it how to space it out to get the scale moving.......................they do that in japan to they drink matcha.......................................

There is matcha in this trust me, the strawberries are frozen so this more a matcha icee.....................taste is alright....................not the greatest though............

and currently on tiktok I'm on "christians are without sin" tiktok which is at the moment a real segment of tiktok just all the time live feeds looks to be of christians talking maybe hours??????? About how they don't have sin anymore and that none christians have sin anymore.
