I'm probably going to read my bible after blogging this blog post that doesn't amount to much, and get NOTHING probably out of the bit of the bible I'm going to read because I'm so povertied of spirit. You'll have to go to them high falutin church services, or bloggers blog posts to get ANYTHING for your souls value. 

 Then I'm going to read the book I'm reading right now. ps...........pic above note my gigantic bicep ---------------- that's what happens when I start injesting a little bit of creatine most days (not everyday, more like 2 days of creatine, one day off or so)

that is perfect for me psalm 138:6 is because i do enjoy being lowly
