Maybe this country is to christian to be upset about the epstein files??????? bought some creatine yesterday

I'm going to take creatine maybe 1 time a week ---------- treating it like a supplement like people treat vitamins (but only injusting a certain amount a week for the "health benefits" -------- not taking creatine but at most 2-3 times a week) 

I got to figure out really how much creatine a week is "ideal" for my health

I haven't figured that out just yet. 

but I'm likely going to get buffer then most guys like everywhere

I once went on creatine for 3 months straight......sure some of it was water in my muscles -------- but dang bodybuilding veins all over my legs arms, and I was much stronger

but I quitted creatine after 3 months cause people online scared me out of it

but now I'm CONVINCED - a little creatine is good for my health!!!!!!!!!!
