Update brian says he's been treating me badly because he is insecure about his weight. So we are going to the store to try and buy more healthy shiz. But I told him, his soup diet though it works is high in sodium and he might die of a heart attack on that diet with sodium daily levels of 1400+ a day that ain't good for people's health! He says he ain't going to do a soup diet and look like a aids patient like he did before (it's the only diet that ever worked for him the soup diet - he don't have aids, but on the soup diet he ends up looking like he's dieing of aids BAD). I told him, if when he looks like he's dieing of aids bad like last time...........his family is going to get all concerned and everyone is going to get so concerned like last time and he's going to go off the soup diet and gain all the weight back again.....................he's been on this "soup diet" loop for a long time now we know how it goes.

  I didn't like working 9-5 (it was actual most days like 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.) at the newspaper. I didn't like it. addressing my thoughts on the idea that christians went to far with the monks walking recently. I agree they seemed to be to "aggressive" Jesus very peaceable guy for the most part Luke 2:14 "Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men." But I suspect they are only replicating the "fire and brimestone" sermons they heard as a kid - they've been brainwashed into "a style of delivery" that is making the body of christ look maybe violent even??????????..................................

 Update 1/14/2025 because I'm currently wearing a "boot" while torn ligaments or whatever heal on my foot (my foot was x-rayed it isn't broken). Bought 2 jewelry jars, opened one last night. And bought rings at a craft store to put the jewelry on (I'm clever like that). Even if the entire body of christ hates me - don't matter - I'm into "being myself" I'm very hated, if anyone truelly likes me I don't know about it, like on this earth I AM HATED. Everyday nearly I take a shower, get dressed, don't matter if I'm going anywhere, for my "mental health" I go through this process. And jewelry is part of it, makes me feel great. Jewelry is a part of me telling myself everyday "don't worry sheri,  I love you, I value you"....................I believe you have value......................
