I had a vegan facebook friend for like 3 days, she unfriended me, I kept telling her how healthy the mediterranean diet is..................................I don't think she liked that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Vegans can get omega 3's and maybe 6's uhhhhhhh at least one omega I know for a fact drinking chia seeds, which I drink chia seeds daily these days (not much though cause so many people talk about chia seeds lowering ones blood pressure) ---- but it's not much omega's, it's not going to give you the reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaalllllllllllly good health boost that either full out eating fish will give you.......or taking fish oil supplements.
omega 3's can help HELP your brain health and your mental health so they are very important!!!!!!!!!!
I was vegan for a few months, and then I started nearly passing out again and again, well come to find out.....................if you work out excessively WHICH I OFTEN AM.............that will deplete your iron even more...................I GOT THE POINT EVEN TAKING MULTIVITAMINS THAT said they had 100% of a persons daily iron.................I was near passing out daily EVEN TAKING IRON SUPPLEMENTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm letting you all know this sorta stuff can happen, it's potentially extremely dangerous to become a vegan if you are super atheletic.
Anyways, I've given ear to vegans, I love animals, I have 7 chickens, 2 cats, 2 dogs, 3 parakeets, and a few goldfish. And I believe moderation is good, I believe obesity the obesity epidemic is serious and we all need to take our health serious.............and taking it serious..................we pry would be better off eating less meat..............choosing what meat we do eat wisely, I've researched it out red meat is the worst for ones health. Chicken is better.........fish is the bestestest. And eat much less chicken, much less red meat, even limiting how much fish one eats in a week (well fish can have mercury in them..............I copy this off of google......................searched "how much fish to eat in a week"...................
"""Eat up to 12 ounces (two average meals) a week of a variety of fish and shellfish that are lower in mercury. Shrimp, canned light tuna, salmon, pollock, and catfish are low-mercury fish. Albacore (“white”) tuna has more mercury than canned light tuna. So limit your intake of albacore tuna to once a week."""
This is important things to know.
A 2020 review suggests that omega-3s, including ALA, may help reduce inflammation and prevent the buildup of fat in arteries (atherosclerosis).
A recent study of 8,866 people tied increased ALA intake to
I nowdays several times a week, drink fruit smoothies (that often have whey protein in them, and collagen, BUT ALSO 2 TABLESPOONS OF FLAX SEEDS EVERYTIME)
FISH AIN'T ALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL OF THAT
