Sheri 11/10/2023 is more the "love grown cold type" (my love hasn't grown completely cold - but really read matthew 24:12 it isn't saying our love will grow completley cold it'll "wax cold" Matthew 24:12 "And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold." I just go to bible study and the methodist church cause my husband likes to go to church, but if you ask him he says he goes to church for my sake, except I DIDN'T PICK THE METHODIST CHURCH. If church was for my sake and I was going to it cause I was enjoying it makes sense I'd get to pick the church or have some kind of say in the church we go to --------------- I don't. 

  Last night I did a live "replay" but live encore class from London, via peloton app. It was a really good workout.....................

I been thinking a lot lately about the verse that mentions confessing our faults one to another - and the idea of being "broken"........and broken is pry another way to say "poor of spirit". I think in most of our minds, the idea of "perfection" is maybe complete perfection??????????? But is it really?????????
  Is perfect that you are perfect???????????? Is the question I am asking???????????? What if perfect, is being "poor in spirit".................Matthew 5:3 "Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven." It's hard for me to say what I want to say, but what if """""""perfect""""""""" still involves us having a few "faults" ----------- a few things we struggle with from time to time. And a "poorness of spirit" due to it. James 5:16 "Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much."
 I'm not saying like a lot of faults necessarily. I'm not saying........go sin.
Luke 18:11-14 "The Pharisee stood and prayed thus with himself, God, I thank thee, that I am not as other men are, extortioners, unjust, adulterers, or even as this publican. I fast twice in the week, I give tithes of all that I possess. And the publican, standing afar off, would not lift up so much as his eyes unto heaven, but smote upon his breast, saying, God be merciful to me a sinner. I tell you, this man went down to his house justified rather than the other: for every one that exalteth himself shall be abased; and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted."

  That's all god gave me to say for today. This is what I been thinking much about lately. This idea that there can be perfection in brokenness (or being "poor in spirit" cause that's what I deem broken is just another word for being "poor in spirit"). 2 Timothy 1:9 "Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began,"

  Here in James 1-4 it's talking about counting it all joy when we fall into "divers temptations" this is something to think about I think...................I think cause we are weak we are frail, we are maybe at times easily tempted??????????? 

  Then verse 4 jumps out at me at the moment......................."but let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing." 

  With your flesh crucified, dead. Wanting nothing! 

 ------------------------------------------- me going off topic a touch I am weak, fantastically weak and I know I am fantastically weak (and sometimes I do probably overly defend myself and/or my stance when I feel like I am being overely judged, etc.) 

....................................what happened to me at the age of 3 doesn't happen to most 3 year olds in like all of eternity................................but the devil knew I was weak...........and he didn't want to wait til I was more able to defend myself...........at a older age then 3...........................

To even be effected by that.
Also I'd like to point out 2 corinthians 11:28 where it mentions "the care of all the churches";
When a church has "commandments of men", am I really supposed to so as to "not hurt feelings", not make mention of how bad commandments of men are???????????? Is it not my full blown job, caring for all of the churches.............to warn them, to warn them that they are in that adding to the bible and that if they hold onto those commandments of men according to the bible plagues are going to happen to them (Revelation 22:18)

  Update 11/8/2023 finally got a spin bike 😁 it has a holder for BOTH my water bottle and the remote control 😁 Ended up subscribing to the $24 a month peloton app. And did my 1st spin class with Cody Rigsby 😁................

(if their mercy exists I'm not seeing it to well at the moment - a glimmer, mike preached 2nd half the service extremely a bit of the bible that was uh supportive that's how I'd word that) I could be me and the "high up in the apostolic christian church of america" both had a real bad day simultaneously...............one that involved me going in a dark room in the church crying and telling my husband to just leave me at the church to die...............so attacked I was. Apparently there is massive "fo paws" all over my blog and the apostolic christian church of america has been keeping a ongoing tally of these "fo paws". I don't know where they exist I'm as clueless as I could be?????????????????????????????
It's been on my mind, how much trouble the jews got into for idolatry

Yet there have been days where I've pretended like somehow those verses weren't speaking to me somehow. As if god only meant that for my ancestors like 2500 or whatever years ago.
And I've seen a trend in the bible where the jews got into idolatry and then things went bad for them, and then they asked god for mercy.

(there have been days where I've expected all of god's protection etc. without truelly fully putting him first in my whole day)

  Somedays I wonder ---------------------- is god going to put me back in isreal?????????????? My husband likes living by his family a whole lot!!!!!!!!!!!! I ponder that somedays. (I've felt a bit of a call of god over isreal, BUT I COULD JUST BE MEANT TO VISIT ISREAL) 

   But at any rate Deuteronomy 30:2-10 is indicative of how to some extent or another things have always been for the jewish people (and us christian jews) when we have idolatry etc. or just flat out stuffs before god..........................things go bad. But when we put god 1st he prospers us, he protects us. 

  Going by the songs sang at the apostolic christian church of america they appear to be terrified of me......................don't know how that is, I'm 1 person. I am a army but in my estimation I am a small army.   And a person brian (my husband) does not want me to name names, extremely high up in the apostolic christian church of america appeared to be telling me that that wasn't indicative of a follower of jesus............but I totally believe it is. Jesus also overthrew the money changers tables. Jesus wasn't always like.........................pat pat little timmy, you have "commandments of men" at your church that's awesome................naw. Matthew 15:9 "But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men."

  This nice nice nice nice that this high up person in the apostolic christian church of america thinks is "christ like".........................................if jesus was to just let the pharisee's do what they want, and let all the commandments of men heeders do what they want and jesus just sat somewhere and smoked a bong pipe...............peace out buds....................that would be a much different jesus then the one in the bible. And that's the jesus this person high up in the apostolic christian church of america is trying to tell me is the real christ.

It's because he loved them so much that he did warn them and sometimes they were warned very um maybe in a harsh way in the bible they were call "vipers" Matthew 3:7 "But when he saw many of the Pharisees and Sadducees come to his baptism, he said unto them, O generation of vipers, who hath warned you to flee from the wrath to come?" The writer of Matthew 3:7 wasn't worried at all about "hurting the pharisee's feelings" he was doing all he could to get through to them somehow. This talk this "word usage" wasn't like thought of as taboo...............

oh no you can't call some pharisee's vipers gotta take that out the bible............no it's right there in the bible so there was a slew of confronting the pharisee's that went on in the bible that was completely written in the bible.

  The devil I don't think he often visits us when we are "sober" and "vigilant" when we ARE ON FIRE FOR JESUS.................

The devil he comes and messes with us, maybe even devours us if he can.................when we have grown lukewarm, when we are NOT ON FIRE FOR THE LORD.......................

He looks at that unlighted match and thinks to himself "ha ha ha ha I am going to have a hayday now"

  The facts is the people that the bible says will fall away either they weren't sold out for jesus christians in the 1st place, or they left their 1st love (Revelation 2:4) 2 Thessalonians 2:3 "Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;"

  For many of us...................we know to listen to the christian music to help us all "walk in the holy spirit" in the day, and/or read our bibles...............to fellowship with one another....................I do believe a great deal of us actually do know how to be "sober and vigiliant" is it always easy - no. Especially maybe in these last days where there is so much to distract us...........................and it's to the point where nearly..............if you don't go to tumblr or you tube your like a "weirdo". Or pinterest. Go to those sites a bit might be ok, some "relax time" is good for everyone. It's risky though, any near friendship with the world............................cause the risk is there to end up loving some the things of the world I find. 

It's far better to love the things God loves!

I love this bit of the bible so much.........................(our old hearts loved the things of this world, I believe our old hearts did have many a idol many a celebrity we put on a pedastle, god wants us all to have new hearts)

I think a plain wedding ring DOES EDIFY we are living in a time where last I heard over half of all marriages end in a divorce to where a wedding ring says one of two things............

"I'm going to counseling trying to make my marriage work"...and/or just trying to make the marriage work out in general

"I'm happily married"

which I deem both those things to be very edifying!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If the word of god is true and I believe it is, at any rate I think well if the insitutue of marriage is so honourable............I should always definately be able to wear a simple wedding band at the very least! That's how I really feel. And not only that the bible says "all things are lawful for me"

Someone finally comented on this post, took a few years. And it looks to be all the apostolic christian church of america has left as far as "commandments of men" goes is they aren't allowing wedding rings still. I would like to discuss the "gold ring" bible verse 1 Peter 3:3 "Whose adorning let it not be that outward adorning of plaiting the hair, and of wearing of gold, or of putting on of apparel;" I 100% do not believe that is including wedding rings............it's saying don't go buy a bunch of fancy gold necklaces, and maybe even don't pile on lots of gold rings what god doesn't like is "worldliness" and I believe that is what god does not want his people to be involved in. A wedding ring I fully believe is completely ok......that's not what this verse is talking about. This verse is talking about don't be no regular at Zales jewelry store.................buying yourself this that and the other gold piece of jewelry. 

 To the pure all things are pure THAT'S THE WORD OF GOD! (I am battling the demons of the apostolic christian church of america I need large type) 

Titus 1:15 "Unto the pure all things are pure: but unto them that are defiled and unbelieving is nothing pure; but even their mind and conscience is defiled." Is a gold ring a "thing"??????? - yes (the correct answer all the demons in the apostolic christian church of america is yes) 

is the word of god true?????? - yes is also the correct answer

 Then surely wedding rings are plenty ok, especially in a instition (marriage) that god believes is really really a good thing! God is speaking about in 1 Peter 3:3 don't be decked out in the "ice" like a gangster!!!!!!!!!!!!
