I have decided self care is so important. I am 100% CONVINCED people go on killing spree's a lot these days CAUSE THEY AIN'T GOING TO THE GYM OR SAUNAING THEY AIN'T HAVE MANNI PEDDI DAYS THEY AIN'T PUTTING ENOUGH EFFORT INTO TAKING CARE OF THEMSELVES!!!!!!!!!! Mark 6:31 “And he said to them, “Come away by yourselves to a desolate place and rest a while.” For many were coming and going, and they had no leisure even to eat.”................

   For a minute I thought (oh no I haven't been blogging much, my soul must be DYEING) hahahahahahahhahahahahah Nope that wasn't it. I just had not been taking care of myself enough. 

  I still desperately need a vacation though

it's been years

years

since I had a simple week long vacay at the beach..........just a restful time at the beach

that hasn't happened for me for years and years and years

but if we are trapped like me in cities with 0 vacations

we can still 

get our nails did

sauna

gym

Like I am telling you all something right now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I mean if you worry about everything

and go kill a bunch of people
