Update I now have a grounding matt for my feet under my computer - yes I am that buff. And I wasn't expecting what 3 months ago or more to be diagnosed with diabeties 2 that shocked me. It's gotta be the emfs...................dna to but emfs..........................(I also have a grounding blanket on my bed which I've had that for awhile, I don't use it every night ------------ I'm just getting back to using it ------------ went awhile not using it that bad plan)...............................
