Update 5/22/2026 skirts I sewed last night (the pink one though I sewed this morning) 😁. (one is a wrap around with sash style cause that's what I wanted to sew)..........................Every skirt is serged and THEN a "stay stitch" is also sewed on at the serge area at the most important seams............my high school sewing teacher made me sew like that so that clothes you sew aren't having "fashion accidents" while walking down the street. That sewing teacher was ruff on me (many a day I tried to get away with one straight stitch and skipping serging altogether and she'd have me go by hand take out whole straight stitches of sewing................til one day I decided ok do it right) I GOT A GOOD GRADE!!!!!!!!!!!...............................
