I've been pondering how my thoughts are tied to my heart lately Genesis 6:5 "And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.".....................

Update 12/26/2023 rheumatoid arthritis has nearly tooken me out lately. I been having bone pain, my entire bone right of my right leg for weeks now.............I was sweating that bad, thinking I was dieing of bone cancer bad. But I know it's arthritis, it's my rheumatoid arthritis aka the reason I sauna not once but TWICE a day lately (the real reason, though I've lied to myself for weeks now telling myself it's "to loose weight") ------- cause past few nights my legs have been tingling a ton.................a potential rheumatoid arthritis symptom that is. Fortunately happens to be I have CBD and some days have taken that ---------- just happens to be --------- and have noted on those night my legs have more feeling to them at night..................well cbd reduces inflammation "potentially" according to the internet. What absolutely reduces inflammation is marijuana - yep. 

  Also the vegan diet reduces inflammation --------- but the vegan diet alone ain't going to be enough I have more of a inflammaion problem. 

  So..............yep microdosing........................................

 Not a lot, bible says be sober, be sober. 

but for real for real

I've been pondering how my thoughts are tied to my heart lately, bible it says guard your heart Proverbs 4:23 "Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life."

  I'm lately putting great consideration into this verse Genesis 6:5 "And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually." note it says..................."that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually" 

  It doesn't say the thoughts of his head, no it says the thoughts of his heart! 

 Are we completely different then the people in the days of noah that we to couldn't as well have our thoughts of our hearts on evil continually I THINK WE COULD! 

IF WE WERE LOVING THE WRONG THINGS! 

IF WE WERE LOVING THE THINGS OF THIS EARTH!

 Loving money, loving the pride of life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 1 John 2:16 "For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world."

  --------------------- my thoughts have became invaded...................................I hate to shock you all, but god probably knows what you are thinking. In Genesis 6:5 god was able to look around the entire earth and figure out that "...............every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually" Like god plenty knew, nobody was pulling the wool over god's eye's......................pssssssssssss HE'S OMNI-PRESENT!

Revelation 3:19 "As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent." Yep I find that verse to be very true........................which it's a good thing, it's a good thing my mind can't just go off on some """"""""""""""""""""""fantasy island hayday"""""""""""""""""""""" I'm having to reign in my very eyeballs, my actual eyeballs, cause what I choose to view or not view, determines what is in my heart oftentimes........................................

Psalm 139:7-10 "Whither shall I go from thy spirit? or whither shall I flee from thy presence? If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there: if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there. If I take the wings of the morning, and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea; Even there shall thy hand lead me, and thy right hand shall hold me." Psalm 139:7-10 is a very good thing, god cares about all of us..........and he really really wants us to have good thoughts in our heads....................

for example thoughts of maybe calling a friend

or writing a friend

or helping someone out

and on the word of god

cause it's pretty hard to think about the word of god all day. Today I helped a friend move her chicken coop, duck houses, and install some fencing. 

There for sure is a lot out there to try and grab some percentage of our heart ---------- guard you heart keep the guard up, for out of your heart comes the issues of life!
